Staff are lovely, attentive but not intrusive. Me and my daughter both ordered the brunch. Such big portions, we were stuffed! Brunch comes with a drink and toast. They only take cash but there's a cash point literally a few steps away so there's no problem.
Will def be visiting again.

Just what I was after ! A well cooked full English, quality sausage and bacon.
The team are quick and really friendly.

We ate lunch here on Saturday. Hadn't really intended to but we were starving & there were no pubs nearby (my mother likes a glass of wine!). However, we were very pleasantly surprised. Massive jacket potato stuffed with chilli & cheese. Doorstep bread in the sandwich. Lovely staff & very friendly atmosphere. The fact it was packed & buzzing spoke volumes. Very good value for money.
This is a fantastic cafe located in Heybridge near Maldon.
The breakfasts are delicious and incredibly good value for money.
The bacon was cooked perfectly and was not too salty and fatty. The sausages are thick and tasty.
The sauteed potatoes are a wonderful addition too.
Highly recommend this place for a good value meal.
Make sure you're hungry when you visit, the quantity of food is ginormous.
Every time I come to Maldon, I'll be making sure I visit this cafe as a super treat.

Best best cafe around can not fault this cafe and staff they are the friendliest people I have ever come across “ the new owner zafia is such a lovely guy so kind this is the only cafe I will only eat in as the food is so fresh and cooked to order and nothing is to much for them very clean place

Warm and friendly greetings from the staff. Fresh food freshly-cooked and served with professional gusto. Coffee excellent - a brand of Italian bean that has revived my appetite for coffee. Love the poached eggs on toast on granary bread alongside a branch of grilled sweet tomatoes. Large portions, too. And I can park outside.

Stopped off for a takeaway coffee & bacon/sausage roll. Food was very tasty, large bun stuffed with loads of filling of sausage & bacon. Coffee was excellent. Very reasonable prices. Looking at other seated patrons food the plates were loaded with great smelling & attractive food. Would definitely visit again when passing through Maldon. I would highly recommend this establishment.
Went back again today a few weeks later....and again the food did not disappoint. Coffee was superb & the bacon/sausage sandwich was stuffed with filling. Well worth a visit. Good value for money & friendly service.
Really really top breakfast, well worth it. Super staff and super chef. Brilliant breakfast menu and seated service. Was cash only when I went but there is a cashpoint within metres. Will return.
Very friendly and welcoming with a very reasonable price tag also do a very good takeaway service tha we have used many times in the past. 👍

WOW!!!!! First time take away. My toasted sandwich was amazing, it was packed full so only manged half for now and the bubble & squeak perfect, clearly all cooked fresh. Looking forward to trying more off the menu 😋
I ordered some lunch to be delivered to my home, my husband and son had the full English and I had a jacket potato with cheese and coleslaw, when it arrived it was all packaged well and we were all amazed how nice It was, I would definitely recommend to others and I will definitely be ordering again. The freshest and best bacon sandwich I have ever had! The quality here is insanely high, we popped by for a bacon sandwich after a night camping and were served perfectly cooked bacon on soft fresh bread. This place deserves an award!
