Called into Gregg's in Maldon today. Quick very friendly+helpful staff. Went to the trouble of carrying my tray to a table as I was trying to manage on one crutch. Hot tea lovely hot sausage roll+a delicious chocolate doughnut. Very welcome on a cold wet day. Everywhere clean, tables wiped.Definitel

Popped into Greggs for a coffee with my elderly mother. I was served by a pleasant, friendly lady who offered to carry the small tray to our table. I declined her kind offer because I could manage. She then said if our lattes were too strong, we could come back to the counter for a top up with milk.

I had a vegan sausage roll, very nice but a bit salty. Also had a nice doughnut. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Clean and comfortable with newly refurbished decor. The staff are courteous and efficient. Food is available to eat in and take away. Best thing about this branch is they have brought back Tottenham cake!
