The 3 Course meal is just what it is, it's not a deal, the most you're saving is probably £1 - you get half the portion of Lamb Shish and half portions of the starter. Perfect if you're not hungry and want to stop for a snack.
I tried the shish and mostly it was good, some pieces very chewy.
So why 5 stars? The overall experience was as expected and does what it says well on the packet!
Lovely authentic Turkish restaurant - take away, this place is not luxury but the food is good. I was delighted with the menu, the service was nice and polite, the bread was delicious, they even do authentic Turkish coffee….. you can pay with card or cash.
I visited with my daughter for lunch on Saturday. It was a bit early, thus the place was not crowded. We were approached in a very friendly, familiar way: for us very pleasant as our family lives abroad. We ordered a meal each and were served 4 cold mezes. Among those, even if they were all amazing, I had the absolutely BEST tzatziki and hummus EVER, and I love them since I tasted them for the first time nearly forty years ago. Stunning texture, incredible flavour and the home made bread that came with the mezes was equally incredible! We than had a main, also absolutely delicious! Do I recommend? Wholeheartedly! Yes, yes, a hundred times hundred yes! Leaving I had part of my meal wrapped as it was too much for me, and I also bought 2 breads and some baklava. This is so far the best place I visited for Turkish/Armenian food. For the mezes I was too late, sorry! 😅 And the Baklava was gone before I got home, one of the nicest, crispiest I have ever tasted. Wonderful!
Friendly service, tasty food, calm and relaxing atmosphere. The guy remembered us even though we had only been there once before a month ago. Asked if they cater for parties as we liked their food so much. Will definitely take them up on it.
Such a wonderful experience! Everything was delicious, the hosts were so accommodating- they couldn’t do enough for us and we felt so well looked after. We couldn’t believe how much food came out and it was all beautiful authentic dishes with real time effort and passion put into each and every plate. I cannot recommend this place enough! Anything we couldn’t finish we took home to eat later and it was just as good then!
Beautiful food! The place is very nice, I particularly liked the big room at the back with comy sofas.
The food is very fresh and authentic. We were served by the owner, who is very nice and accommodating.

I don't often post reviews but they really deserve these 5 stars. We were walking by and saw the 2 courses deal that looked like a bargain and decided to try it out. All the food was fresh, homemade and truly delicious. It was also a fairly good quantity as my girlfriend and mom weren't able to finish their plate. Also the gentleman who was serving us was super nice and friendly. I strongly recommend you try it out !
An honest and humble restaurant serving excellent food. Not licensed but there is a shop very close with a great selection of beers and you are welcome to bring them in.
Service is exceptional, prices are very good.

Not sure how we didn’t know about this place all this while. Meant to visit Meet Me Cafe and found it closed, so popped in next door. Loved the food and the service. The lunch Meal Deals for 2 and 3 course are absolute bargains. The hummus, shakshuka and suckuk were all amazing. We ordered one Chicken and one Lamb Kofta for our mains and both of them were cooked to perfection and served with a generous portion or rice, bulgur and salad. The bread served with starters were freshly baked. Overall had an amazing meal for circa £20 for two of us dining. Great food, good value for money, highly recommended. My favourite Turkish place in Maidstone hereafter.

All staff have done their best to provide us. They have gone above and beyond. He recommend food which will be best for us. If you prefer good food with best service this place is highly recommended. This restaurant is perfect. I am a regular customer, and I really love it there. They bake their own bread, which is really delicious, the meat is amazing, and the mezes are so good. Also, their homemade lahmacun is absolutely mouth-watering. The place is lovely. I do not understand some negative comments, which are absolutely ridiculous. How someone can write that the food is amazing and still gives one star is beyond my understanding.
Order early, bit pricey..
But can't fault the food quality, fairly decent portion.

Original charcoal Turkish kebab is delicious. Not a fake gas grill cooked meat. Turqusine cooks its own bread, lahmacun in the restaurant. Highly recommended for the original taste hunters.

Me and my friend came here earlier and we were very impressed with how good it is here! We got the three course meal for £10.99 and the freshly made bread they make is easily the best bread I have ever eaten! The main meal was perfectly cooked too! I Will definitely be coming back!
