Eat here regularly. Food always warm when I receive and if it's not I always return. Normally with no hassle at all. Use the BK app for points/loyalty. No parking close close though. Some single yellow line parking but Fremlins closest major parking location.
I like the food gave hot. Unfortunately there was delay of 40 min for preparation. It was looked as not prepared for many order simultaneously.
To many unruly young kids parents takein action to discipline the tiny terrors send them upstairs out the way of other people
Staff are good and food is always nice and hot and fresh when received.
I take my little boy once a week as a treat and I wouldn't take him anywhere else in town. Always a nice team of people who are helpful and polite and a nice atmosphere. Always clean too. Only criticism is that the toilets arnt working very often! But thanks for everything else
Tasty burger, it's a bit pricey but when ya want a burger it's better than McDonald's that's for sure!
Always love it there, I'm a regular and never had any issues. Today my burger wasn't hot and the burger was dry, I had my usual bacon double cheeseburger XL meal, it tasted like it had been sitting there a while and I only ate half, made me sad. Normally its perfect and tasty but I went on a busy day and disappointed
Have their App and chose two double cheeseburgers large fries and drinks for £10 special offer, but somehow deleted it on the way into the shop. Explained to manager who went the extra mile and honoured the deal, brilliant..... always enjoy their tasty flame grilled burgers but managers intervention made it even better. Always great food, great service and they enforce covid rules which is a good thing. Well done Burger King Maidstone 👍
I'd recommend a Double Whopper with Cheese. Extremely tasty and not too expensive either.
Phenomenal social distancing in here, as soon as a customer left an employee was straight there cleaning the tables and chairs. Limited menu is good enough for the situation. The only complaint I have is they forgot my bacon in my burger but they fixed it immediately when addressed. :)
