M&s Cafe - Maidstone - Photo album

Great Marks and Spencer home store. Has a great cafe with all that you would expect 😉 staff are friendly and welcoming. Make yummy hazelnut latte 😋. Really nice atmosphere. The store also has a food hall, large bedding area and home wear sections
I popped in to take advantage of the 2 dine for £12 deal. The only vegan side in the deal wasn't on the shelf. I asked a member of staff who was walking nearby. It turns out he was the manager. He made a quick phone call on his mobile to check if anything was in the back and then nipped off and came
Has to be the best store in town. However wish they would sort out the shelves before store opens as there always too many crates on the floor. The food section is great, just a pity that it is not a bigger section as that is packed and the rest of the store is fairly empty.
They can be a little bit pricey, but the quality of the clothing is excellent. Their bra fitting service is top notch. Both myself and my daughter have been measured. My daughter aged 12 will only allow herself to be measured and fitted by M&S ladies.
Surprisingly excellent grocery store. The fresh produce is great, range of (fruit) juice is excellent. They have the best tasting Greek yogurt, rivals even (pinnacle) Waitrose Duchy range. Healthy option ready meals are great, similarly for Asian RM. Household stuff is limited, ditto brand name swee
Very helpful staff. I had to exchange an item so I rang ahead to see if they had to size I needed, rather than go into town only to find out they didn't. They had the item and held it in my name for up to 2 days. So no wasted journey into own! Great!
Lovely shop with great clothes and food, friendly staff. I'm so sad it's closing down. The nearest one is hard for me to get to.
At Marks & Spencer Maidstone there is a great selection of products including food, flowers, clothes and homeware. The shop itself is clean and tidy, and the staff friendly and helpful. The shop is usually very busy with a range of customers but customer service is still very good and wait times to
A very good shop with first rate staff, they never shut and were a lifeline all through the lockdown. It is about the only shop I might still use after dog muzzle day on the 24th.
I would like to praise the staff in the cafeteria for their efficiency and friendliness. I have noticed that they are particularly helpful to elderly/ disabled people who have trouble carrying their food/drinks. Cheese scones are delicious! Anne Munn
We attended Marks and Spencers during lockdown hoping to get our daughter fitted for a bra, as we thought they may be restricted with Covid happening, the lady we spoke to was so helpful though and she ordered in the bras we needed, fantastic customer service, the shop was very clean so we stopped a
Pretty good except for the invisible dude who works the self serve tills. If like me your inevitably buying booze, trying to get the age verification done takes longer than it really should.
