New to town and was craving a Starbucks. Lovely staff, even when my son dropped his drink as soon as he got it they didn’t stress. But I insisted on clearing the mess myself as it was busy.

Staff really friendly and the hot chocolate was amazing! Good WiFi connection and plenty of plug sockets available. Upstairs was quieter which is ideal for anyone wanting to work.
Best coffee but little overpriced.
I found this Starbucks to be very spacious, and for seating I was spoilt for choice. They have comfortable armchairs inside as well as seating available for smokers outside. The staff were very friendly, pleasant and accommodating. I thought the temperature and the music were just at the right level
My daughter and I spent over an hour, in a very relaxed setting, chatting, drinking coffee.

Generally a great experience. Staff are not too busy to serve you with a smile. Place is always clean +tidy.

I use this store quite a lot, and was excited when it opened! But after a couple of years it’s definitely not as clean as it should be, and some of the staff making the coffees give attitude if you ask for anything.

Standard Starbucks. Food and coffee good and prices on par with most other coffee shops. Service was quick.
Brilliant, grabbed a coffee and beans for my boss. I know nothing about coffee, got a bit flustered but they helped me. They sell beans and then ground them for you, for your coffee machine which I think is nice. I dislike coffee but my boss appreciated that effort.
Exactly like all the other Starbucks coffee shops. Good coffee, offer light food such as sandwiches and toasties to go with the coffee. Served quickly. Tastes nice. Modern environment.
