Pretty good but not outstanding. The patties were a little dry for my liking. Next time I'll have to add more of the free toppings to make the burger juicier.. Otherwise it was tasty. Fries are pretty expensive at £3.75 for the small portion.
Fab, friendly staff. Really lovely food. Mix n match milkshake flavours are great. Tad pricey for burger and chips, but love that you get free monkey nuts and drink refills. Worth it for a treat :)
First time today I’ve had a vanilla milkshake from here. It was amazing. Fresh & not too sweet. I’ll definitely be back!

Tried the new spicy fries. They were okay, but I prefer the original ones. The salted caramel Milkshake is the best I've had

Went here for lunch yesterday and it was a great experience. I’ve had bad experiences before in other branches where customer service was non-existent, but the manager here really went above and beyond to make us feel safe and welcome. The food was amazing, as five guys burgers usually are. Yes it’s expensive, but it’s very tasty, filling and they give you loads of food. Definitely coming here again next time I’m in town!
Really tasty, friendly, good quality, very rich flavour. The only disappointment was the bun. Personally I think they could improve on that one. It is too soggy!

Very enjoyable, food was fantastic, however it didn't live up to the hype. I really liked it but I find it hard to reccomend considering how much value for money Burger King offers with their vouchers on their app. The unlimted refills on the Coke Freestyle machine were a great touch.
Good food quality wise and generous portion of chips, bit expensive as 1 milkshake 1 small chips and 1 burger is 1750 but it was quick.
If you want a quick meal that's better than McDonalds and you have 20 quid spare come here.
Top food freshly done milk shakes ive not tasted any better strongly recommend down side very expensive but very good!

Best burgers in the area hands down, I travel from Sittingbourne to Maidstone for the burgers and fries from Five Guys as there isn't Five Guys in Sittingbourne. Juicy burgers and fresh ingredients used, fries taste superb and a good drinks selection is offered too. The atmosphere feels more special than other burger restaurants. Service is good, I don't mind waiting longer in comparison to other restaurants cooking similar food as I know I am getting quality with Five Guys and it will be worth the wait. The only downside in the cost of the items. Me and my partner had two burgers, shared a regular fries and had two drinks and it came to £32 which is usually double what we'd pay for similar food such as burgers etc then we have to use our own fuel to get to Five Guys and also have money spare for parking whilst we eat there as their is no free parking near the Maidstone Five Guys location. So it's nearly £40 to have our Five Guys 'fix' but great food at that. Just can't have it often due to not many locations and the expenses involved.
Brilliant service. Simple with how the menu works. Food cooked fresh. Milkshakes amazing.
Love me some Five Guys! Recently tried the Lotus Biscoff milkshake, which was DELICIOUS, and a regular cheeseburger which was very juicy and not dry nor tasteless. What I love about Five Guys is when you order their fries, you get a ton of them. More than you can add in the cup it comes in. They just fall to the bottom of the bag. You will for sure feel beyond satisfied once you finish eating.
