Clean and tidy with friendly staff. A little cramped but it was Valentine's Day so maybe why. I would definitely go back. Food was delicious and the service was good even though they were very busy.
Beautiful meal had the King prawns for starter, Sea Bass (which was gorgeous) for main and a mini Chocolate and Orange slice and coffee, service was good - good value meal on the Christmas special would definitely recommend xxx

Prezzo is a great option for a reasonably priced Italian meal on Earl Street. The best thing about Prezzo is you can change club card vouchers up and get a free meal.
All of the food is great I am a particular fan of the Calzone. The food is really nice but they don't offer anything different to any other Italian restaurant.
Walking into Prezzo there is still a sense of historic significance. Prezzo May have added a glitzy artistic facade, but building retains some of its former character. It is dark in parts and teeming with light in other areas of this capacious restaurant.
Dishes are exciting and great for all the family. Quality is, what youβd expect from a chain Italian restaurant, good. Service was inattentive at times, Iβm sure It was a blip in their usual regime. Good prices and great deals, be sure to sign up on their website to access these.
Had a really lovely meal out for a Christmas catch up with the girls. Excellent service and excellent food. We was greeted by Paul with a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Paul was courteous and made sure the table we were given was in the warmest part of the restaurant. Danielle our server was really friendly too. Food was amazing especially the mozzarella! Can't wait to go back!

The food was really enjoyable! We received amazing service during our time here. Paul was very friendly and was always on hand to make sure we had everything we need, he even greeted us with a bottle of prosecco. Danielle also served us and made us feel very welcome. Looking forward to returning!
Very friendly and helpful serving staff, particularly Sunny, who was as warm and cheerful as his name! A good selection of tasty food (we chose pasta and al forno dishes) all nicely cooked, with a side salad, and even better with the discount voucher offer! Two of us shared a Sicilian Lemon Meringue, as we couldn't manage the whole serving, and were helpfully given a spoon each. A very relaxing mid afternoon meal. (A late lunch!)
Great atmosphere and excellent service. Would have been 5* across the piece as food was really good, but would have preferred just a drizzle of dressing on my salad rather than a lot. Free prosecco offer a great bonus
Had a really lovely meal out for a friend's birthday. Excellent service and excellent food. We went straight from work. The table we were given wasn't right for the birthday girl so she asked to change it, which they were happy to accommodate. Staff were very friendly too. Can't wait to go back.
Had a lovely meal with great service and nice waitors. The food was delicious and the drinks were perfect. I would recommend the spicy carne calzone and chocolate brownie dome. It was quite busy and it took a while but it was fully worth it when the food came. Would recommend.

We went to Prezzo as a school trip to provide children with the experience of dining out in a restaurant. We brought 10 children over 3 days and the staff could not have been more accommodating of us! They were all so enthusiastic, kind and so patient with the children when they were ordering or asking for anything during our visit. Molly was absolutely fantastic and really looked after us, making sure the children all had an absolutely wonderful time. I canβt speak any more highly of our experience. The food was delicious, great value and portion sizes and there were lots of empty plates!

I visited the Prezzo in Aldeburgh a couple of weeks ago and dined outside in lovely sunny weather.
This week I was at Prezzo Maidstone and ate indoors (I don't think there was another option, but the weather wasn't great anyway).
Very enjoyable food, and although there were only two front of house staff, there was no long wait to order etc. Nicely efficient and friendly service.
If you like Italian food, then this is a good place to eat.
As always, did was wonderful and so were the staff. We go regularly and always for something to celebrate, this time our anniversary. The staff heard it was our anniversary and have us a bottle of prosecco to celebrate. Thank you ladies. We had a wonderful time.
