It's always a pleasure to drink & eat here. Food never disappoints. Whitebait delicious starter, prawn or steak sizzler hot plate a favourite. Great fish & and chips, too.

Only drop in stars is I would like to see better food for younger children perhaps. Although the play area is good for them.

Lovely walk to The Redstart for Sunday lunch. Based on reviews it was worth going along for the first time. Food was very good. We had the traditional roast beef & roast pork. Cooked very well and you would expect. Staff polite and a pleasant atmosphere. Would recommend. 4/5.
