Small clean takeaway and restaurant, near the new waterside quarter, offering the usual KFC menu. The fries seemed to be a bit undercooked as they were hard, but the burger was ok.
Staff were efficient, and service was reasonably quick.

Have been here 3 times in the past 20days. Must thank the team for friendly service, clean and tidy environment, fresh and tasty food. Big plus to the clean toilet.

Went around midday on Friday, wasn’t busy at all! Fast service and friendly staff and customer service at the time.
Went there recently and the team were really nice. Don't really expect fantastic customer service at a fast food restaurant but all the team were super friendly and made an effort to ensure we were happy with everything. They missed my chips off the order and rushed it out for free to me. Really impressive service! I believe one was called Shah (might have been the manager)
The staff in this branch were super helpful.
They went above and beyond to give me what I wanted in terms of the specific pieces of chicken. Don't normally post about chains like KFC, but I was very happy with the ladies who were serving particularly as they were under pressure.

Any way, whenever I go in here the staff are happy, bubbly and helpful. The food is always hot and tasty, what more do you need?

Expect some wait because of the number of delivery orders (many deliveroo, Uber eat,... drivers even when it looks quite)
Hard working and polite staff, but they need to get some control over their delivery drivers in regards to social distancing and adhering to the stores postered rules.
There is no sense telling the customers to get out because its too crowded when nearly a dozen drivers are taking up the majority of the waiting area.
I understand that times are tough, but the staff seem to be overwhelmed not only by the volume of orders but also by the flagrant ignorance of the drivers who choose to live by their own rules.
