The hottest food I've ever had from a McDonald's! Cooked fresh, cooked well, and the wait time didn't bother me once I'd realised how fresh the food was. Baby even enjoyed this first happy meal. Will definitely return when we're this way again.
Serve to play an absolutely fantastic. Young gentleman who really seems to love what he's working. McDonald's is a bit of a grind, and it can suck As I have worked there as a shift manager for several years., which is why most of the people that worked there are miserable, so it was a true delight to see a really lovely smiley person.
Place can be very busy but please sweep and mop your floors in your work area. Also had the Saracha wrap no sauce no care in making it we are playing big money for this fast food and no love is being made in prepping the food.
the automatic self service wasn't working so used the customer counter. They sorted it v quickly. Smiley and polite

This is a very busy Maccies, but they are quick and get the orders right! I normally order via the app on my way here and often customise my order which they manage to still get right. Well done team 👏

Plenty of parking outside. Food is as to be expected of McDonald's quick and simple haha. Toilets were clean and great services also available such as fuel.
Food was fast despite being suoer busy and chips were piping hot. Satisfying meal break in a long journey
I don’t normally leave reviews but felt I had too. My grandson and I went to McDonald’s at Magor services for his end of term treat.
I ordered on the app but I had forgotten to update my card payment to my new card, so I had the message to see a member of staff. As it was lunch time it was very busy but a junior member of staff served me promptly, he was unsure how to deal with it and got his shift manager, she explained to the young man how to process the order in a calm and professional way which really impressed me.
There was a huge number of customers but the staff worked together as a team and they were getting the orders out quickly. I doubt we waited 2 minutes.
I don’t know if the fries recipe has changed but they had to be the nicest fries we have ever tasted. The burgers were good too, but oh those fries!
