There was a big queue when we went to KFC, which made us feel that the food had to be good, which it was. Apart from the long wait to order, it was an enjoyable visit, and we would definitely go again for a treat.
The BEST KFC I've visited in Northern Ireland - mind you, it's a a pretty low bar! Fries nice and hot, chicken okay, service fairly good. Have been many times since.

Big Improvement Everything hot and wasn't long waiting at the drive-thru , people who are ignorant and don't understand why takes time get served they are busy or short staff . One's who put bad reviews either just go elsewhere or order food in a fancy restaurant. Something else to complain about
The people were very polite and the toilets r clean..
I usually eat kfc in Derry but called in castledawson best 3 price original meal I’ve had in years far superior than Derry and clean and fresh toilets Derry owner should call in for a look
All the people that complain on this are ignorant and don’t understand how difficult it is to work in a place where the have no manager and the area manager doesn’t care for them.
Staff try their best which is amazing and the only management team in the store do a good job!
