Amazing food, well presented, staff were friendly and very helpful, best Sunday lunch I've ever had, the food was fresh and very tasty, great atmosphere, most of the customer seemed to know each other, I will definitely be returning, the Christmas Day menu is very traditional.
Never been before but no worries 👍 great service happy atmosphere staff very helpful , food excellent .We had Sunday Roast choice of 3 meats 🍖 ànd roast potatoes + boiled or cheesy mash. Completed with fresh vegetables and gravy . If you get through that there is a desert 🏜 menu to finish .

The Food we had was good. They need a bar maid in addition to the chef though. The chef has a wicked sense of humour and to be fair he needs it to do the cooking and serving the bar. lol

Went to the Angel Inn today 26/1/20 for Sunday lunch,. When we arrived for our booking, the place was very busy, we were greeted by Mike the Landlord, who was very friendly and welcoming, as we were early, we were shown to the bar area. This area was a mix of diners and regulars, not sort big ch
Booked a table for 8pm tonight, was greeted and given a table by the chef, this guy is a fantastic character and a truely decent guy. Then the food arrived... 10 out of 10 couldn't fault it in the slightest, would recommend to anyone and will certainly be returning!
