Does very well for a Town Centre Cafe. Wasn't sure if self or table service, Staff told me to sit at a table, but it eventually got my attention to collect the tray.

Good selection of hot and cold drinks- seasonal gingerbread latte was delicious 😋. Daughter's red Berry cooler was also really tasty. Fridges were out on day of visit do full selection of goods not available. Staff friendly as always.
This will be short; I'm not the biggest fan of the coffee - that's a personal thing. But I am a huge fan of the polite, charming and amusing staff here.l! I firmly believe that the service element of any hospitality outlet is just as important as the products served.

I like this Costa Coffee. Great service from a friendly team of staff. Good internal layout both upstairs and down means you can always find an appropriate seat for your visit. Although it is always busy here I've never felt cramped here.
Great tasting coffee, but sadly Not able to sit in, only takeaway. Had to wait ages as there was only one person working, until a bigger queue then another person eventually helped out. Hate to Queue because staff were somewhere else.
The Baristas here are awesome, as are other Costa Baristas, that I have been served by.
Really great service today, the staff swapped my stale cake portion without hesitation, much appreciated. Also a nice cosy feel upstairs following the refurbishment.

I was sorry to see standards drop (certainly not the staff, they are great) before the refurb. No toilet for ages did really let them down. Good service during Covid.
Love Costa coffee and the staff are always friendly. Just need to stock up on the specials so they don't keep running out.. this week bacon sandwiches!
Absolutely love the staff in this shop. I haven't been in for a while but I ordered a vanilla latte, a tea and toastie to go and the staff were very friendly and made me feel very welcome. They were a man down and quite clearly the two girls had their head in the game! The blonde girl who served me

A busy branch of the popular Costa chain. Serves a variety of coffees and teas. Cold drinks including cold coffees also available. A nice selection of muffins, cakes and tea cakes. Paninis, sandwiches etc also on offer. Great place to go for a coffee and snack.
