I can't think of a better I've ever been to. The ham joints are amazing and the best selection of cheeses I have ever seen. The owners and all the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.

One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! Lovely staff members make going to the Cheshire Cat even better. I would highly recommend a big turkey sandwich with their homemade spicy coleslaw, onions and stuffing! I don’t visit Macc very often these days but when I do, I always go and get that sandwich
Easily the best sandwich bar in Macc. Great variety of toppings and fillings and at a very good price. The cheese and cold cuts deli is also superb, with one of the best selections around.
Belting deli sandwich, good choice of fillings and breads, friendly service, bit on the expensive side but so is everything everywhere atm.
The staff there are lovely and helpful. They have created a fantastic Christmas idea of being able to pick a basket and create your own Christmas hamper.
I made one up yesterday for my girlfriend and very glad I did.
They also gift wrap it for you and even deliver the hamper to your home.

Thanks so much for saving the day for a local charity. We didn't have a knife to cut Christmas Cakes for an unpaid carers event at Macclesfield Town Hall on Monday and they leant us one!
Visited here many times and the service you get is fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. When I said I had a dairy allergy they washed everything before use and checked the ingredients of each item before putting it on my sandwich.
I l9ve coming into the Cheshire cat fory lunch through the week; everyone is smiling and pleasant within...its just a great place for a bite to eat and yo discover some local (and not so local) cheeses, chutneys, meat cuts and a wide array of beverages, beers and spirits. A macclesfield treat.
An amazing selection of products in this beautiful Deli. Fantastic bespoke hampers purchased as gifts today helped by the very friendly staff to suit my budget. Recommend a visit for a treat, a gift or even a sandwich on the go.

Macclesfield proper cheese shop (and do we need it). Super-friendly people who will also go out of their way and source your favourite cheeses they may not stock as yet. They are growing in their new location, which is lovely to see! Go, Cheshire Cat!
