George And Dragon - Macclesfield - Photo album

Very clean. Landlord, landlady and staff very friendly and good draught beer
Proper drinking house situated on the Sunderland strip. Always a good welcome from the hosts. Smashing place
Great beer and friendly staff.
Good well kept pub plenty of various brews to sample. Landlady and staff were excellent and friendly as we were a big party that just turned up. Very clean establishment would recommend a visit to anyone.
Nicely kept beers, pleasant atmosphere and not overly busy/loud whilst we were there. I'd say the football on big screen is a negative, however, if it were my business and that's what most clients wanted, I'd probably have them too.
Watched England get knocked out of the WC in here, beer was great and the landlord let our group stay in the pub despite one of our party being ejected for being leathered, top bloke for letting us stay.
I meet a pal in here midweek occasionally, it's a nice friendly place, staff and landlord are smashing people. The drinks are a good mix of real ale and top lagers, the place is kept very clean and its most comfortable.
Just a good old school pub, with a beer garden accessible from the back. Good if you have a dog. Good well looked after beer.
Nice little traditional pub. Called here for the first time in over 40 years and it's changed very little. Staff OK, bit slow, but good personality. Decor and seating passable. Will call again next time I'm in Macc.
Paul & Carol are the best hosts and pub landlords you could wish for. Welcoming. Friendly. Hospitable. I recommend the dizzy blonde though all the ales are perfectly kept. Make sure you visit.
