I go in 2 or 3 times a week for a dheli salad.usually very good ..but I got one today box was half full took it back girl said portions are smaller now ..won't be going back.....I since decided to go back in and see the manager who was very apologetic she offered me my money back or another salad I took the salad lovely ...thanks
Came in for a drink and V (assistant manager) went above & beyond & explained the rewards system to me & how to claim my rewards, very friendly and welcoming.

It's a good place with nice staff. I like the tall lad that has tattoos on his arms. I think he is called Ben, he was really respectful and had a great attitude. I'll definitely recommend the place becouse of him. Good job to everyone else as well.
Nice location, nice big window looking out towards the beach. Clean and staff are lovely. My only negative is that it doesn't have a baby changing table, so I had to change my daughter on the floor which was wet.

We called in yesterday 10th August 2020 and one of the "sandwich artists" had stormed out leaving Owen to run the shop single handed. Owen did an amazing job with the poor hand he had been dealt yesterday. The poor fella had a shop full all afternoon due to the governments reduced cost meals and the weather was very warm. Owen managed amazingly and provided 5 star customer service where other peopke would have walked out. Well done Owen he deserves a bonus !!!
Late afternoon when I arrived at St Anne's sq branch and I was really rather hungry, had a foot long on the new multi seed roll (rather delicious) plenty of tuna filling the chap that served me was friendly, I had a latte and he prompted me did I want a caramel filled custard donut for an extra 30p, I think instead of ove £1 ,was glad I tried this as it was delicious
Average Subway. Artisan sandwiches. Good dinner deal £3 for 6" sub and drink.
Never a complaint, staff always friendly , central town location , Subway breakfast of 6 in filled roll and a coffee for £3....
