Lytham branch has pleasant staff who work hard to keep queues moving and the comfortable venue a good place to meet with friends.
This caffe nero accepts dogs which was great for me as I'm solo and had nowhere to leave the pup. There is also easy access to toilets which are large enough to bring the dog in with you. Hot choc with cream was tasty, choc muffin a bit dry on top but lovely and gooey in the middle. All in all great service.

I was greeted by a lovely young lady with blonde hair who made me feel very welcome and made sure I had everything I needed. The drinks were fabulous and the atmosphere was lovely, I definitely will be visiting again.

Flat white, expertly served with a good pattern, friendly helpful service, nice seats in the window into the street, enjoyed the Sicilian lemon muffin.
Popped in for a coffee today. Quite busy for a bank holiday so there was a bit of a wait. There staff were friendly & helpful despite this. Coffee was lovely too. Keep up the good work & all the best for 2023.

Excellent caffe Nero. Large airy branch, centrally located in Lytham. Plenty of seating and pleasant staff. Will definitely visit again.
Nice place to have a hot chocolate whilst in Lytham. Staff were friendly and efficient, tables were cleared quickly and the inside was generally clean and tidy. One big plus is Cafe Nero are always dog friendly, inside and out. A+ from us!

Good quality coffee, nice pastries. It was busy so service was a little slow and a number of the tables were waiting to be cleared after previous customers.
What can you say about Caffè Nero that's not bee said before but I will have a go, you can always get a large range of coffee plus many more hot and cold drinks along with an abundance of hot and cold snacks especially the cakes mmmmm lovely, and don't forget they are pet friendly so you don't have to walk around in wet and cold weather.
Nero's never changes really. Only go here occasionally because our local is doggy friendly.
The staff are lovely but sometimes a bit lacking in customer service. However, they are polite, friendly and in general better than most big chain coffee houses.
