A very dog friendly pub, small range of cask beer, and then a normal range of other drinks. A green king pub. Food menu, and a doggy food menu!!
Popped in for a quick bite to eat and a drink. My wife and I both opted for the pie which was stunning. Absolutely loved it.

Excellent service from Luke who cheerfully replaced my egg which had been rather over enthusiastically fried. Other than that, the meal was extremely tasty and tender. Got to say though , the toilets could do with some attention. Just about 5 star though overall.

Called into The Lord Derby for our evening meal after a day walking to Lytham& back to St.Annes.
We called in,found a quiet corner,ordered food,varied selection which was reasonably priced with special offers available.Service was excellent, so too was food, well presented,friendly, efficient service.We'd definitely return when we're in the area next.
Went in at 6pm on a Sunday evening, not too busy but enough people to give a nice atmosphere. Friendly hard working staff members. There is a varied menu and our dishes were really really good and delicious, chick and mix and the Big Mexican. We stayed longer than expected because it was a nice atmosphere and ordering via the app worked really well
First time visiting Lord Derby with my 8 year old daughter who is very fussy. She had chicken nuggets and chips and loved it and to my delight she ate it all. I had a mix grill. Had a few of these in my time at various places but this mix grill was by far the best I've had. Everything was cooked perfectly and still sizzling when it arrived. Great friendly staff too. Ill be back but next time with the Mrs and my other children. ๐๐ฏ๐๐
Me and my friend called in after after a lovely dog walk for a quick bite to eat, so nice to find somewhere that allows dogs in! Food and Service excellent, will be returning at some point in the near future.
Great food options, we all enjoyed our burgers which came with fries and onion rings. The service was fabulous the staff were very friendly to us, Especially the manager.

Came in for food, Celebrating a birthday with family on 03 of June. It was a hot sunny day. We sat outside ordered food and drinks, advised at the bar that there would be a wait on the food, 3/4 hour, weather was good so decided it would be fine to wait. The food arrived within about 30 mins so happy days. However it wasn't cooked to our specified liking, this was all 3 steaks so I appreciate the error was consistent throughout the order so maybe timing issues or training( understandable). There were a couple of other issues in terms of portions and presentation. The main reason for this review is in the way it was dealt with(immediately). Id like to thank the manager whome I spoke with for his genuine comments and reactions to us, hence the 4 star review. It's not dented our confidence, we have eaten there before and all was good! Thankyou again for making us feel valued and believed our experience wasn't what it should have been....They were very busy and he didn't use this as an excuse to our experience 10/10 see you again when we're next in town...
Helpful staff, very accommodating to my limited diet, love that they're dog friendly with dog meal deals too, brilliant! Rump steak for the dog what a great idea.
My son had the mixed grill, and it was loads, the only complaint was the plate needed to be bigger to be able to get at the meat! ๐
