Also popped into booth to get some bits for later Connor was the customer service person who explained what everything was, very courteous and extremely helpful, even though no one was at the till he came and served me straight away.
Very large carpark, air conditioning was awesome as very hot day outside, toilets very clean also.
I had excellent customer satisfaction from all.

Whilst it's not the cheapest of supermarkets, it's one of the best.

I just wanted to say a massive Thank You to the two First Aiders that attended to my 85 year old Mother who unfortunately fell in Booths car park
yesterday breaking her hip. She told me that the staff were wonderful ....nothing was too much trouble and they couldn't have been kinder. So Thank you both for doing an amazing job in difficult circumstances.
Over the years I have been shopping here, the staff are always welcoming, friendly & professional. The local produce on the shelves is always excellent quality and value and I love how this grocers has always had the philosophy of supporting the local producer.
Big shout out to Ian on the cheese counter yesterday who was not only knowledgeable and courteous but also a very nice chap!

I love this shop it usually has what I am looking for but not on this occasion I was looking for ox liver I know its not something that most people buy but you would think a store like booths would at least have some frozen at the butchers or in the freezer section. Other things like cow cheeks are also amazing and are found on menus in some of the top restaurants. We don't have butchers on the high streets anymore so come on booths keep up. If you can stock canned snails then ox liver isn't too out there.

Nice friendly staff, and the menu is good. we went later in the day to get shopping in the store, and were surprised with this not expensive.
Really nice store. Well laid out and well stocked. Very bright and welcoming environment, and the staff are exelent. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and it is so nice to see everyone smiling and happy. The caffe is very pleasant and the range of snacks is very good. Toilet facilities are very well kept, nice and clean, and bright. There is a large free car park, with good ample disabled parking. Acsses to all areas of the store are good for disabled. The prices are not the cheapest but you do get quality produce and service. I love this place and think it represents good value for money
Like going here to the cafe. The coffee is good and the hot meal stand, the sausage bap is yummy. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
