Good food at a reasonable price, if you download the app and join you will be given a voucher for a free alcoholic or soft drink. Staff were very friendly and a little problem we had with our bill was sorted in no time. Would definitely eat there again.

Staff brilliant went above and beyond. Husbands food excellent mine not so good. I ordered salmon and prawn en cruite. When I cut into it it was a salmon and loads of spinach. YUK. I DO NOT LIKE SPINACH. I ate salmon, never did see a prawn. Waitress couldn't understand it on collecting plates. She returned to say chef using old stock up and didn't mention so 3 stars.

First time here & we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and helpful. They had lamb as one of the meat choices. They could be a bit more generous with the amount of meat you get, but that's inflation for you. We would return if in the area again.

This is a friendly, welcoming carvery restaurant which offers absolutely incredible value-for-money. We were hugely impressed! The staff whom we met perfectly strike that balance between being friendly and yet not being over-familiar and intrusive. The service was amazingly quick and efficient despite the place being quite busy. Patrons enjoy three hours of free parking simply by keying in their vehicle reg. upon a touch-screen within the building.

Very busy little establishment , visited on a Sunday on the hunt for decent roast dinner that I didn’t have to slave over making or wash up afterwards. Toby didn’t disappoint ! Had to wait an hour or so for a table to be available note to self book a table on line before you get there ! Sat in the bar area and had a quiet drink while waiting £6.00 for a pint of beer and fresh orange with soda . Place seemed clean enough and welcoming but staff seemed a bit overworked maybe they are recruiting ? Tables took awhile to be cleared of used glasses . Food was hot choice of meats four in-fact beef chicken gammon & lamb good choice of veg and the usual roast accompaniment . All fresh I suspect with the high turnover the kitchen we’re on the ball . Plenty on the menu if you didn’t want the roast offerings and a decent sweet selection. Nice outside space to sit and watch the sunset over the coast should you wish all in all nice place to visit with decent food . Full roast was priced at £14.99 pp but £11.99 I think during the week , but if you download the Toby app plenty of deals to be had .

Enjoyed a carvery with the wife, she had the salmon and spinach wellington which she said was very nice and I opted for the meat which was very nice too oh and the Yorkshire puddings are huge!!. We both finished off with dessert, I chose chocolate American style pancakes gorgeous and the wife had a honeycomb ice-cream sundae splendid 🙂 definitely worth the money. Will be going back 😀 Matilda our waitress was lovely.

Evening meal as attending a wedding the following day. Food was good, the carvery was well stocked & the meat was divine. Te staff member on the carvery counter was so friendly, chatting to each diner & had a wonderful smiley happy attitude. Great place to eat if you want a reasonably priced meal with friends & family as they cater for large groups,we were a group of 10 & the seated us all together.

We had the basic carvery meal, both with beef. The food was hot, beautifully cooked and there was a great selection of vegetables. The serving spoons were too hot to hold! We really enjoyed our meal. Service was good, very polite, pleasant young man called Alex. The atmosphere was calm and quiet, very relaxing.

Showed to the table we booked on arrival and wasn't left long before we were able to order. Excellent choice of meat and veg. Food was hot and well cooked. Drinks were ordered at the table and brought to the table by the staff. I think that is a very good thing. Nice that you're able to pay for your meal and drinks at the table when you're finished. Only down side was that I asked for the receipt and it wasn't itemised. Would definitely recommend.

Very busy tea time, had to order and sit near the bar this time. Not a problem for us, was actually calmer and roomier. Staff run off their feet but never complained and remained calm, friendly and cheerful. They deserved a medal tonight! Was worth the wait (VERY long queue for the carvery) Thanks for all your hard work!

It was extremely busy, queueing for 20 minutes for the carvery. The staff were very friendly and helpful, it did take a while to get served and longer to get the bill at the end but it was obvious the server was multitasking as much as he could. A better system would be beneficial when queues are lapping around the length of the restaurant. I didn’t really appreciate being asked if I was a “real” vegetarian. The toilets were littered with paper on the floor, Was definitely over due a check from staff. Great choice of veggies and Yorkshire pudding was delicious, it’s a Shame the parsnips were hard and over cooked. Overall it was a lovely meal. Don’t think we will attempt to visit during the summer holidays again if this is how busy it always is.

Food was lovely and hot. Danni who served us was very nice and the lad serving the meats on the carvery had excellent knowledge of dietary requirements. Only downside was the Manager being unprofessional and shouting at her staff in front of customers for no reason at all. The staff were lovely.
