Absolutely Amazing experience, we went to the Alice Pod for my Little ones 1st Birthday. The staff are so friendly and made us feel welcome. Made it special for my little princess and took a lovely photo for us. Alice Pod is lovely atmosphere and so cute. Food is fantastic.
Came today for a mad hatters afternoon tea. We booked one of the pods it was decorated so lovely. The service we recieved especially from the young man that served us was excellent. The food was very fresh and tasty and was plenty for 3 of us, the soup was delicious! Would definitely recommend, thanks!
Had a lovely afternoon tea for 4 in one of the pods. Lovely quirky pod, decorated etc, plenty of food, fresh and tasty . Had a lovely afternoon and would recommend.
Staff are very inexperienced but super friendly and polite, just no very good at understanding service. Bringing cakes before drinks or mains and not telling customers where condiments etc are.
The food is nice and well presented aswell as fair for the price and location.

Had afternoon tea here for are anniversary had a lovely meal service was great and friendly staff chatted for ages after meal a few bad reviews I read was nasty about the staff. I dont see a problem maybe they got out of bed wrong side and decided take out on staff who dont deserve it as lovely staff all i can say. If I'm ever in that area i will go back and would fully reccomend.

It's as quirky as the name suggests. Good food, great coffee, home made cakes, great icecream and delightful service.
I came here on a Sunday for afternoon tea with two friends. The staff were very friendly and the food was lovely.
Our second visit here since the move from St Annes. Yet again we were very impressed with the quality of the food and the prices. The staff were very friendly and obliging. We were at a loss as to the validity of previous contrary reviews regarding the staff. We would not hesitate to recommend a visit to this cafe.
My only request is too please please restore you're delicious Eggs Benedict to the menu.
Food and drink was wonderful but the reason I have given it 5 stars is the quirky interior that was obviously decorated with a lot of love and care and a big Unicorn fan lol you will understand if you try it out. If going for afternoon tea try to book a table as it does get very busy especially in season
