A lovely pub in prime position situated right in the centre of town, which used to be a Bank, lots of marble and brass. Lots of seating inside, outside and in the additional added conservatory at the front.
Didn't eat there, only drinks but will next time.
WOW ...
Simply put the best Sunday Roast ever
Fantastic food and even more welcoming staff , nothing was too much for them super friendly and a credit to the owners
Whatever they are paying them it is not enough lol
This Pub is a real find, a Gem of a place
If you are in Lytham and ya don't pop in even for just a quick half , ya missing out BIG TIME
Can't wait to go back for seconds
A thoroughly enjoyable place to eat & drink. A very well presented establishment with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Situated right in the happening part of Lytham just off the main promenade road. There are signs up stating that ingredients are sourced within 30 miles, which was nice to see.
The beer battered fish & chips was delicious. Super crispy chips served with fresh, flaky haddock in very crispy beer batter, homemade tartare sauce and crushed minted peas. Also came with a light Thia-style curry sauce. The American IPA was probably one of the tastiest beers I've ever had.
Toilets were very clean & there's access for wheelchairs, as the bar area is spacious. The staff were nice & friendly. There is a 2-course option available for £20 (as at 25/04/22) Prices are what you would expect from a place in this location but the quality is so good you don't mind paying that little bit more. Live music is advertised for the weekends.
Lovely little lunch for my friend’s birthday. Had lots of mini plates, which were all cooked perfectly and tasted delish.
Requested a table in the glassed-roofed dining area which was honoured and a happy birthday plate for my friend as a little surprise. She loved it! Staff were helpful and friendly and the atmosphere is always fab. Thank you guys!
We will be back for my Daughter’s 9th birthday next month. 😬

Great ristopub with a wonderful atmosphere. The staff is always very available to the customers, the location is really great and the place is very cozy. In the weekends, there is live music playing: totally recommend to join these events! The food is truly good, and beers are served at their best. Will be back in this place the next times!
Absolutely fantastic experience.
The food was delicious from the starter right through to the dessert.
Selection of drinks on offer is very good the staff are the right amount of attentiveness without being in your face.
Great overall dining experience within a beautiful building.
We've been here several times and all bar one have been excellent. Weekends see live music if that's your thing...busy atmosphere(very rarely a quiet place except earlier evening) food is well made a full of the flavours the menu describes, and lastly, the staff without exception are polite, happy and attentive...Happy to recommend
Again, i didn't eat here, so i couldn't comment.
A great night out, having a drink with live music on Saturday and Sunday. Very loud, though, i had a sore throat the next day because i had to shout to be heard in a conversation.
Absolutely gorgeous in all respects. The atmosphere is faithful to the building's origins and the decor is marvellous. The food was stunning and the service was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Will definitely come back with a bigger appetite!

A great place for lunch or dinner in St. Annes.
Relatively new establishment opened in 2017 in an old banking building. Great seating outside as well as in their conservatory. The selection of beverages here (especially the Gin) is fantastic. I highly recommend their own Deacon ale and lager. Wine list is also well rounded.
As for food. For starters we had the squid, mussels (even though it's a main it makes a great starter) and the breadboard. The squid was nothing special but I can only blame how difficult it is to get squid in the area. The mussels were fantastic, served with crusty bread and fries. Fresh, well cooked and a beautiful sauce. The bread board was hearty, with a good amount of bread and various dips.
As for mains.
I had the fillet steak with garlic and shallot butter. The beef was fresh, well cooked and well seasoned. The dry age process is really noticable. However the slight astringent flavour told me that beef wasn't from the best of pastures but good nonetheless. Came with fries and a side salad which we also good.
The sticky braised beef was well seasoned and hearty, though a little dry in some areas with was good overall and I would probably order this for lunch or an early evening dinner. Side was truffle and parmesan chips, for some reason one of them was dead cold but the rest were hot. Strange anomaly but acceptable.
Pesto Gnocchi was great, very light and silky gnocchi with a fantastic sauce, plenty of flavour and perfect for vegetarians. Portion was a little small I think but still good.
Dessert was the vegan brownie, good but nothing to write home about. Sorbet and mixed nuts were good but too much going on if the brownie was the real star of the show.
Service was fantastic and staff were very friendly. Would definitely come back.
Great place great atmosphere cocktails and
Staff amazing we also had food was lovely too definitely recommend
Last minute decision on a visit to Lytham. Lovely eaterie . Went for lunch . Great food and staff . Cannot fault. Would recommend.
Lovely place for a very nice lunch. Decent veggie options too, great service. Really liked the conservatory area on the front, super on the rainy day I was there. Portion sizes are large when it comes to the sandwiches.
The perfect pre pint stop before Lytham festival - we went here for a few beers before the festival and it ticked all the boxes, five star establishment.
Usually local pubs, in the middle of a town that does large concerts or festivals, are useless and cannot cope with the sudden rush of visitors. This place coped very well, they had an outside bar, live music and a great atmosphere. There was a large queue of people inside, but it went down in no time at all due to the alert and speedy staff serving at the bar.
The place itself was a really interesting building and decorated very well. On the way out I thanked the manager for the excellent service, it gave a great impression of Lytham, would definitely return.
