Stopped at the Drift Inn at Beaulieu Road Station after a lovely walk across the New Forest. We were too early for lunch as the kitchen didn’t open until 12. (On a Tuesday morning) but we had very nice coffees in the garden. Menu looked good so will go back for lunch soon. There is a bar in the garden and a great looking play area

Absolutely perfect for our Sunday lunch! Just visited this pub, gorgeous setting and lovely gardens. We reserved a table online. We arrived and no one was inside. This was fine for us as we prefer quiet dining spaces and had the inside pretty much to ourselves. Many people were sat outside in the gardens which were pretty too. Staff were all friendly and attentive. Food was lovely and definitely would recommend it. Nice to see some different veggie/vegan options on the menu too than the beyond meat burger most places go for. It all felt good quality, presented well and all for a great price! We will be back :)

Sunday roast beef was fine (huge Yorkshires), my 89 yr old Mum doesn't eat a lot so was able to have the child's half price version. Great burger. Nice pint of Camden IPA.

Fantastic service. Turned up after other plans were aborted without a reservation and they fitted us in. Made sure our dinner was perfect and nothing was too much trouble. Food was superb and very tasty

Great location in a stunning part of England... The New Forest. Food was pretty good. Haddock fish and chips was a pretty small portion for the price bit maybe that's because I'm used to Cod portions at my local chippie! Drinks were cold. Chicken burger highly recommended. Reason for the 4 and not the 5... Service was a slight shambles. 3 staff doing the clearing, ordering, pouring, you name it. I know times are tough but I just feel the system could have been better organised even with the chronic staff shortage.

Great location. Lovely outside seating area. Went for Sunday roast, had the roast beef. It was quite fatty but they did take money off for it. I’m sure this was just an extraneous circumstance and wouldn’t happen again. Great lemon curd tart too. Lovely place.

Delicious date night meal in a cute country pub, I had the vegan feta pie and it was fantastic. Partner had the Drift burger and somehow managed to eat a dessert after as well! I don't think I'll need to eat again for at least 18 hours 😂 Friendly service, dog friendly and reasonably wheelchair accessible.

lovely restaurant wouldn't really describe it as a pub, as it feels more geared to eating there than drinking but the food was absolutely fantastic and good portion sizes. staff were lovely and its got a nice atmosphere we will be back in November!

Great, welcoming hospitality + lovely food. A relaxing environment. The food took a little while to be served, but not ridiculously long, when it was served it was good & clearly freshly prepared. It was nice not to be rushed. Sensible prices.

Don't go by negative reviews here. As they say, don't judge a book by its cover. It was very welcoming upon arrival and helpful when I asked for a quiter seating area. For my child with additional needs. The food was worth the wait delicious 😋 Lovely views as see the ponies.
