This is one of my favourites. A lovely restaurant in a stunning location hidden in the New Forest. Went here for Mother’s Day and the had the Gnocchi for starter, Ox Cheek for main and Baked Alaska for dessert. It was gorgeous. Will definitely be back!
Stunning food in a really classy restaurant, relaxed feel, overlooking the gardens. Sublime is the best way of describing the dishes. The sort of food you eat really slowly because you don’t want it to end. Service was excellent. The Lymewood is a beautiful location. Highly recommend and 5 stars just isn’t enough!
Had a very pleasant business lunch here. The lamb was perfect, as was the baked Alaska. However, the real highlight of the visit was the service; our waitress Dayna was outstanding. Thank you.

The lunch today was genuinely excellent and the service attentive and in all the right places! The team from walking through the front door to picking up our coats were super lovely and the venison dish I had alongside a masterful creme brûlée were fabulous. Thanks!
Amazing food and drinks, the highest quality ingredients treated with respect and creativity. Great attentive friendly staff and beautiful surroundings. This is a restaurant of the highest standards and you deserve to visit it.
We have visited on several occasions and the service and food have always been top notch. Yes it's expensive. It's a treat. They don't hide their prices it's all available online sample menus. I've never been disappointed.

The turbot and the chocolate and cherry mousse was genuinely world class
The beef was exquisite! Lunch is always amazing the service is top notch and the value is incredible, especially the lunch menu!
