Surfing Moo Moo - Lyndhurst - Photo album

A themed restaurant with an extensive menu offering many different options, from Thai & seafood to burgers. The food was a bit overpriced but the portions were big and it was overall tasty. The atmosphere is chill, but somewhat confusing.
I have made a reservation through restaurant website and got a response immediately. The place itself is very warm and in a good location also we was very satisfied with the service. The food was stunning, four different dishes and each of them was amazining including oyster and prawns for the start
Excellent restaurant located in Lyndhurst town, really interesting menu and the quality of the food was very high. Had the garlic prawn starter and reggae ribs as well as the seafood linguine and finished off with a great Affogato desert which came with a shot of disaronno. The cocktail menu was al
The food was fantastic and the drinks were great and good value for money. The service was also good. Would definitely come back to this. The specials board had some good offers when we were there. (Wed - 50% of rump steak, Thurs - £6 Cocktails)
Fantastic meal tonight at Surfing Moo Moo. We had garlic bread and salt & pepper calamari. We took advantage of the Wednesday discount which is 50% off the rump streak. The food was tasty and cooked perfectly. The staff are friendly and the restaurant was nicely decorated.
We came for lunch, didn’t book a table, wasn’t busy during weekdays. The starter was average. But the main course: seafood linguine and this Croatia rice dish are amazing! Full of flavours and fresh seafood, portion is quite big too. Definitely recommend!
I recently visited this tastefully themed styled restaurant for daughters pre wedding celebration. The restaurant is in a good location. Situated near the traffic lights at the top of Lyndhurst High Street. Much larger than it appears from the outside. It has a relaxed, warm feel. Kamil, The General
We had an absolutely fantastic meal. We had arancini balls, brie with cranberry, sea bass with roast new potatoes and pad noodles with chicken. It was all delicious and the service was excellent very efficient and friendly. Will definitely go back again in the near future. Richard and Carol Frenc
Loved the broad menu options, felt like there was something for everyone. Good drinks menu too. Midweek offers available on certain dishes... steak on Wednesdays. Will be coming back to enjoy the hospitality again sometime soon
Been to Surfing moo moos a few times. But I'm not one to leave reviews. I never do. But tonight, prawn starter with a kick. 9/10. Rump steak (never my first choice but times are tight,) 10/10. Drinks 10/10 price and quality. I had a nice bottle of Malbec for under £30. Good food and drink well priced
The sea food was good. Tried the reef spaghetti, oriental stir fry, tomato soup and fish fingers & chips (kids meal). The price was decent. Please note: no chicken items were available, all were beef. (There was one lamb shank item though)
Doesn’t look much from the outside but once inside the decor is really eclectic and stylish- the service excellent and the food - what can I say - best salt and pepper calamari I’ve had in a long time and the lamb tagline was full of spicy flavour- yum yum - a proper dining experience- can’t rate it
The chicken parmi was cooked delicately and had many flavours with a lovely salad, dressing and chips. The ribs were tender and tasty. Lovely atmosphere, kind staff.
Best ribs we have ever had! Amazing food, and the "Mash Pash" cocktail was fantastic! Beef and turf stir fry was superb! Would highly recommend this establishment! Dog friendly as well.
Exceptionally delicious food. We couldn't stop ourselves from eating, hence cutlery in action :) we took tomato soup, chicken katsu and garlic shrimps. Modern and fresh. Highly recommend.
Loved everything about it. Relaxed atmosphere, really friendly & attentive staff, food was excellent and washed down with some nice drinks. What’s not to like? Dish of the evening was undoubtedly the chateaubriand surf & turf. Steak cooked to perfection and served with an abundance of chips & salad
Very friendly staff. Some thing to do for kids. Food was fresh and very tasty. We will come back soon.
