Called in for a quick snack before going fishing. Set us up for a good day. Fast and friendly service. Only gave four for atmosphere due to it being early and we were the only people there.

Always freshly cooked, we get delivery and with that it doesn't take long from ordering until it arrives, orders are 95% of the time right on the odd occasion they have got it wrong but that can happen I guess, love the reward app too as comes in handy having 8 in the household haha!
Ben the lobby host was extremely helpful with our order and was constantly cleaning to make the lobby perfect. He made our experience much better and was extremely friendly.
Visited the drive thru today on my way home from work. During my journey home I noticed most my order was missing and that some random items were in the bag. I turned around and went back. The staff were incredibly helpful and very apologetic and made sure I got my original order, I think there had just been a mix up with some other order. Unfortunately this led to me ending up in the wrong place at the wrong time on my way home and a HGV lost control of his trailer and it smashed into my car sending my coke flying and causing hours of drama which resulted in all the food going cold and never been eaten 😩
Everything was hot and fresh. Friendly service, quick turnaround, clean floor, table and chair. Good.

Very busy McDonald's with it being a service truck stop, unfortunately they do run out of items at times so kinda disappointing but overall they keep the place tidy and clean, food served quick too and staff mostly pleasent no matter what time of day, night or late night.
The food on April 1 was exactly right.
I have to commend the front of house guy between 9 and 9.30pm who went above and beyond. He couldn't do enough and was attentively available if we needed anything.
Any failings previous reviews mentioned were, for us, unimportant because this one guy was there.

Decent McDonald's. Nailing coronavirus precautions! Great to have someone at the door instructing on social distancing and hand gel procedures. Food was piping hot. Definitely worth the stop off the M6. Table service available. Although, I thought the procedure for track and trace was underwhelming. Up to the patron to download the McDonald's app and then scan QR code then give details. Not sure how many people would be that responsible.
Can I just say Ben is the best floor guy ever! We are overawed how helpful he just was when I managed to throw coffee over myself and the table. Haven’t had service like that for years. And my hubby used to oversee a couple of MacDonalds over 20 years ago. He said he was the best he had seen for years.
First time being at this McDonald's and had a great experience. The food was great and fast to come out even with having customised items. We also received fantastic customer service from an amazing lady call Mandy who was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to help us.
