Wow what an mazing place! A lovely hidden gem in Lymington. We booked a last minute meal here and what a treat it was. The food was so flavoursome. We had a lovely selection of tapas to start which included a special Spanish cod followed by chicken gyros and seafood linguine. My fiance said how it was the best linguine he had ever had. We also had chocolate cake and apple pie. Lovely owners, great wine, exceptional food and service will definitely be back :)

Fantastic freshly cooked flavoursome mediterranean food. This restaurant has a great atmosphere, whether you sit inside or outside (weather permitting). The portion size and taste of all the dishes we tried were fabulous and left us feeling like we were in a Taverna somewhere in Greece or Spain. You will need to book whatever the day to secure a table and I would thoroughly recommend to all that enjoy the flavours of the med.

Fantastic place! Welcoming with excellent, freshly cooked food. Booked for a mid-week dinner based on previous excellent reviews. Very small place but all tables were booked or taken while we were there. We ordered four tapas between us and it was all really great - then we had a lemon tiramisu each for desert, also fantastic. Great, unusual Black Rat cider too. Couple running the place very friendly too and patiently answered all our questions! Will definitely return.

The Hidden Yard was recommended to us and did not disappoint. We hadn’t booked but they made arrangements to fit us in (fully booked for the next night) The atmosphere and service was amazing. The food gorgeous, a lovely touch of the med in Lymington. I highly recommend it and suggest booking as they were very busy.

This is a wonderful place for a meal in Lymington, offering something different from the chain options or pub grub. I have been there twice now and both times had a fantastic meal and lovely service from the owner. She is really a star, taking the time to talk with everyone, and making you feel welcome. I am already looking forward to my next meal - especially the Padron peppers and am hopeful the monkfish skewers will be on the specials menu!

What a lovely gem of a place this is. Tucked away, off the high Street. But well worth visiting. I arrived without a booking and the owners found me a table. Seems they get a lot of repeat customers and spend time talking to people too. I had the Chicken Gyros and it was amazing. I definitely think this place is worth a visit. Tony

Probably the most lovely little restaurant I have ever been to. The staff are so friendly and laid-back, the atmosphere is very relaxed and I cannot recommend the tapas highly enough; the cider-braised chorizo is the best chorizo I've ever eaten. The salt and pepper squid is exceptional - perfectly seasoned and covered in crispy batter and just the right texture. Don't hesitate to come here if you love dining in welcoming, colourful places and enjoying some of the best tapas ever!

What a lovely hidden gem! The couple who own the place are so nice and chatty. The food was brilliant, and the atmosphere was great! Being right by the chef as he cooks was really cool too! Overall a must go if you’re staying anywhere local as each dish has been perfected by the chef over time. And to top it off the value is incredible! We had 2 courses each and shared a dessert and it was still only 80 quid! And that’s with some wine too!

Very welcoming to two wet people and dogs on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Good coffee and a Citrus Tiramisu that is to die for. Lovely friendly people, a great find.

It was lunch time so the Atmos wasn't fab but still very nice. Sadly it seems they are leaving and we only got to try it once. A bit pricey but very very nice food

Great lunch here yesterday. I opted for the Greek dishes of prawn saganaki and chicken gyros. My partner had Spanish and Italian. Fantastic food and service. Not overly expensive either. Can’t wait to return and try some tapas.
