Popped into this very dog friendly pub for Sunday lunch and it didn't disappoint! Great value too at just £12 for the standard roast chicken, beef, pork etc. An extra £3.50 for a generous portion of cauliflower cheese unfortunately left no room for desserts so that will have to be one for next time. The menu has a good spread of food and a number of daily specials across Starters, Mains and Dessert. They also sell a variety of doggie treats for your four legged furry friends! A little off the main strip in Lymington but well worth a visit!

Great service and atmosphere. The avocado and mackerel salad was the best I've ever tasted. The salmon was delicious too. Certainly be back .

The best pub we've been to in a very long time!! Warm greeting on arrival, slick and efficient service throughout 👌. The menu was extensive with many tempting choices and reasonably priced. Our meals were excellent in all respects. Would we go again 🤔- you bet we would!! Well done 👏 ✔️.

Had a lovely evening here, the quality of the food was excellent. I was drawn here by the the 2 main courses for £16. I ended up ordering the the fish and chips off the standard menu. I really enjoyed it, the fish was perfectly cooked and not greasy. As soon as we walked in the place had a nice atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. My son throughly enjoyed the food off the kids menu. The kids menu had 3 courses for £7.50 and loved the nachos chicken and oreo dessert. We saw other people ordering the 2 courses for £16 and the food looked decent . It's lovely pub and will definitely come back again

Friendly welcoming staff. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately they had run out of the lamb shank roast option. As can be seen by the photos portions are generous. We had the Mac and Cheese bites for starter with roast beef and scampi for mains. We will be visiting again before our holiday ends.

No complaints. Went in for a quick pudding and pint and was happy with my treacle tart and custard. Plenty of it, good price. Service was excellent.

After a long drive we stumbled across The Sail Inn and we were very happy that we did. The atmosphere was very welcoming , the pub looks and feel great and the staff were incredibly attentive. The food came quickly and was absolute delicious. I would throughly recommend to anyone who is looking for a decent and dog friendly pub in Lymington. I genuinely can’t wait to go back. 11/10 to the owners.

Highly recommended! First time visiting Lymington & found this lovely pub just off the top of the High Street. Welcoming, lovely decor & atmosphere and great special offers with option to buy 2 main meals for £16. Good choice of drinks & friendly staff. Had the homemade pie & mash and it was delicious :)
