I had a lovely experience today, was served by a lovely gentleman, Chris.
He was very helpful and extremely kind when I was ordering and being served. I’d highly recommend this area to anyone looking for a nice atmosphere to sit down in and enjoy.
Usual Costa standard, which, in my opinion, is very high. Quality coffee, which is not expensive. Sweeties/cakes can be a bit expensive, but only a bit... Really nice chain.
Very pleasant staff good food and coffee as usual in Costa.
Nice well kept and clean Costa. Easy access in and around and ample seating. USB area to power your electronics. All the standard Costa fare and with friendly staff team. One of the nicer Costas.

Excellent, friendly and polite service, but like all Costa Coffee shops, a bit expensive. You don't have to look far for better value.
Nice to see the store open. Really friendly service. My bacon bap was awesome. Ate in today and the place and loo's were clean. Not too busy so plenty of seats.
Great customer service, two guys serving in the morning were very kind, friendly and patient. Nice and clean Costa too.

Just sometimes hard to find an empty table that has been cleared, but in fairness, the staff are usually rushed off their feet when this occurs

Since our visit last year, it has obviously had a refurbishment. Previously it was very tired looking and a bit dirty. The air conditioner was broken too.

I regularly use this shop when I get my shopping. It makes a nice break to sit down and have a cappuccino. Good, friendly service. Socially distanced seating. Check in with the NHS Covid app.
Spotless as ever and very polite and friendly staff, always happy to pop in for a coffee and a sandwich. Good quality.
Best coffee and biggest cups from all the chain coffee shops,, if you are an independent trying to compete, look at what Costa does well, then try to do better. Throw out your mean little cups and offer decent size portions. If I have a choice it's Costa everytime.
In Lymington for a short visit we decided to have a tea and mince tart. Costa Coffee was on route to the shops so we spent about 30 mins in there.
Very nice tea and tart, table service and all the Covid precautions made.
Would visit again next time in Lymington.
