Vegan menu is available but I opted for the crab linguine without chorizo. It was very tasty and good value for money. The other meat dishes were also good. Didn't like having to go to the bar to order food and drinks, I prefer table service but I guess that keeps costs down. Dog friendly area available. Nice views over the marina. Well recommended.

We had a Sunday roast at the ship inn at Lymington. It was fantastic!! The food was the best! Jess our waitress made the experience even more enjoyable and cheerful.

FIVE stars!! Visited today with my daughter and had the best experience! I’ve worked in hospitality for 30+ years and have never experienced such great service! Trevor the manager was outstanding. In the face of a very busy lunch service he was continuously professional, polite, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Dealing with some very rude customers I was impressed how composed and understanding he was ! We had delicious food in a clean and welcoming atmosphere. I can’t rate it highly enough! Great value, top class service, and beautiful location. Well done Trevor and his team 👌👌 oh and the ‘Diablo’ pizza was superb

Had Sunday lunch here for the first time. One of the best roast beef dinner's I have had. Pub is dog friendly. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Will return next time we visit.

Being our local pub, my other half and I went in for some drinks and a light bite to eat on the decking. We were greeted and took a seat outside. The atmosphere was pleasant and the food even more. Special thanks to the general manager Trevor and Steph who served us on the bar.

Another great find when in the Lymington area. Would definitely recommend booking in advance. We went on a saturday lunchtime and booked an inside the table, but you can sit out on the deck on a first come, first serve basis. We had the diabolo pizza, bacon, and avocado salad, with a side on billionaire fries. Good was delicious, and the portions were very generous. The great thing is dogs are very welcome. Every member of staff we interacted with were lovely and super helpful. Would highly recommend.

The food was top-notch! The curry was delicious. Others at the table raved about the burgers and fish dishes - all lovely. I ordered food from the standard menu for my kids and they brought child-appropriate portions, no questions asked. The service was attentive and friendly. Will definitely return soon!

Fantastic food, atmosphere and service. Me and my wife have been coming here fairly often for the past couple of years. The food has ALWAYS been absolutely beautiful, the Sunday roast is to second to none, but the dirty burger they have is on another level (take it from someone who has lived in the United States) service has always been friendly, warm and welcoming. Well priced and will definitely be returning more. 10/10.

Really lovely afternoon - 2 cocktails for £12 🤩. The crab, prawn and chorizo linguine was delicious and the starter of chipotle chicken and sticky jam sauce. Really nice afternoon at the Ship Inn.

This pub was recommended to us as a great place to take our son to do crabbing on the quay and then relax with a nice meal and a drink. It didn’t disappoint! It is in a beautiful location with inside and outside seating and a great selection of food at great prices. The range of beers and lagers was perfect and we all really enjoyed our time there. If I’m ever in the area I will always come here.

Had a lovely lunch here today. Very impressed. They have a decent wine menu & a good selection of beers, ciders & other drinks. For starter we had the bread & olives to share. I then had the Prawn, Crab & Chorizo Linguine & my friend had the Sea Bass, both of which were nicely presented ted & cooked well. Very nice. For dessert I had the Biscoff Bomb & my friend had the Cheesecake Trio…both seriously yummy. Excellent, friendly service in a modern but classic atmosphere. All in all very enjoyable.

The young lady looking after us was very friendly, polite and professional (Australian) and made the evening even more special (it was our 50th wedding anniversary!). The food was good and reasonably priced and the overall atmosphere was ‘jovial’ (yes, that’s good!). Thank you for a great evening.

Service was brilliant. The bartender was very friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. Our waitress Karen was also very friendly and helpful, she made sure we were happy with everything and very attentive. The food and drinks were great, very large portions and a good amount of choice on the menu. We chose the prawn crab and chorizo linguine, seabass with chorizo, and the fishcakes. All very delicious. For dessert we tried the plum crumble and millionaires slice.

Very Disappointed. Booked as group of 6 for meal. Lot of staff, but no one seemed to take control, so from arrival to leaving there was no welcome or attention to service us. We wanted to share the overall bill between the group, but not permitted and so frustrating. Overall we did not enjoy the meal and wish gone to a smaller place where each table gets served.
