Just been for my winning carvery with my family , cannot recommend the carvery here enough ! It’s the best I’ve ever had ! Thank you very much all
Excellent meal today at carvery very friendly staff home cooking at its finest Highly recommend
A lovely pub with a very friendly atmosphere, Fine selection of local real ales (with a rotating guest beer for those who like a bit of variety in their real ale drinking) and a fine selection of lagers wines and spirits to suit anyone out to sample a few drinkies.
The food is also absolutely fantastic, second only to the lovely warm welcome and hospitality of the land lord and land lady.
A must visit when you are in the Lymington area.
Thank you for a lovely Easter breakfast! The food was fab and the entertainment for the kids was even better! Friendly atmosphere most definitely going again!
Had a great time at the Easter breakfast food was great. Kids enjoyed them selves thank you I will definitely be coming back soon for that lovely carvery make sure you have Brussels spouts
Me and a friend stayed in our campervans overnight. The landlady is amazing as are her two grown up children who work there. Calum is chef and is incredible. Sunday lunch was the best ever. Highly recomended.
Stopped here for a late Sunday roast after reading good reviews.. very glad we did.. lovely landlady and locals and the roast beef was huge and a very good price, and bloody lovely, definitely recommend if you're in the area
Staff were extremely helpful. The food was good and it had a great selection of beers, we also parked our camper in the carpark overnight booking is advised, they left the toilets open overnight as well which was a bonus.
We stopped over for the night before an early ferry crossing. Only stayed for a couple of drinks before getting the kids to bed but had a very warm welcome, a friendly offering of the surrounding area and information on the facilities available over night. Felt very comfortable to stay, we’ll come again and stop for food next time. Thanks
a gem of place to stay over, Laura and her family were very friendly and hospitable,as were the locals in the bar. she kindly left the toilets open for our use over night. unnfortunately food isn't available Monday and Tuesday, so we walked into Lymington which is only a few minutes walk away..A pretty town with a picturesque harbour. We will be back, this time on a day food is served, can't wait.

Beautiful Sunday roast at the Borough Arms. Tastes great. Lovely friendly atmosphere and play quality music. Will come and eat here again.
My friend and I found this gem as somewhere to eat before last Sunday's Gridiron cycle. Very good food, a well kept pint of Landlord...or 3 ! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We'll be back 👍
