We popped into Lymington yesterday after visiting Beaulieu autojumble. We wanted an independent cafe rather than a chain. The staff were prompt at addressing up as we walked in and seated up straight away. The older gentleman was very friendly and approached us as soon as we sat down to ask if we'd like drinks first while looking at the menu. We ordered and within 10 min our food was with us. I had fish and chips my husband had a grill. The food was piping hot and cooked well. It was well presented and tasted lovely. We were checked on to make sure all was well with our food and to see if anything else was needed. All in all a fab place with great food and service. We'll definitely go again when visiting there.

Called in at Cafe Aroma today. Very warm welcoming as always. Enjoyed a very special lemon meringue pie made by the chef which was delicious. Always enjoy our visits. Highly recommend going there.

We had a very difficult day today, and I popped in for food with my family after a very distressing time at the hospice. The friendly smiles of the staff really helped us to enjoy a little moment of peace with some good food, which we all needed. Thank you!

Nice little cafe and take away in Lymington High Street. Not French as the name would suggest but has a good basic British café food menu with plenty of gluten free options. Coffee was good but the pot of tea had a cheap and weak tea bag which let the excellent all day breakfast down. Quick service, good prices, friendly staff.

This establishment is probably overlooked as it could be classed as a greasy spoon, or something more akin to a truckstop and therefore not really targeted at the affluent Lymington yachty set. However, it's their loss as we often have breakfast here. It's outstanding and the staff are great. They work really hard and deliver good quality basic food quickly.

Lovely little cafe. Staff were very professional and courteous. Food was good, would recommend a visit if you are in the area, the duck baguette was great.

On entering the cafe was somewhat uninspired, but I have to say I was VERY pleasantly surprised!! Lovely maxi grill(which I also have to say was nice and hot) my wife had fish&chips, along with a cold drink, followed by a cream tea and two hot drinks all for around £32 really good value for money🥓🍳🥓🍟☕🥤

The food is basic, good food. Never had a bad meal. The breakfasts and baguettes are my favourites. The staff are the best part of this cafe. So helpful and friendly.

We visit here everytime we are in Lymington! Super value and quality food! Normally stop for breakfast on our biker trips, this week we went for paninis and chips as more brunch time, had ham, cheese & pineapple / Bacon and Brie WOW!! Lovely food, good portion sizes, best in town in our opinion, don't look anywhere else.... 😋

Delicious! We visited this cafe having been before and I know of lots of local eateries in the area, but this one offers good value for money, tasty food and a faff-free walk-in service. Very impressed, the staff are friendly and welcoming and will seat you at a table in this small and cosy, old Tudor style building for the cafe. They serve a massive selection of food which is great, including breakfast, baguettes, main meals and also sides. They even have a wide variety of good value desserts to try! Toilets are available and clean and you can easily pay for your food when you leave. I enjoyed my visit with my partner and will certainly return as soon as possible! See below: homemade lasagne and prawn baguette with a pot of tea! I recommend the homemade lasagne special as the portion size was excellent and garnished with salad and chips! Wow!

The old boy who runs this place is a scream and a complete character. He sits outside on his mobility scooter touting for trade but you can't help but smile given his humour. Once inside it's easy to see what he's boasting about given the friendly service, wide choice and generous portions. Free WiFi also available and their pulled pork sandwich is a must for meat eaters!
