We got married here on 4th August 2018. From beginning to end Alice was fantastic at helping us plan two weddings in one day. It was the first and only venue we viewed, we just knew it was the one. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The old spa room is beautifully rustic and the marquee was the perfect space for our Indian wedding and evening reception.
The venue was set up just as we imagined and nothing was too much trouble. The guests all complimented the food, we had an Indian buffet for lunch and an evening buffet of hog roast and falafel burgers. The staff offered to make an alternative for children who wouldn't eat Indian food.
I had my make up done by Natalie at the venue's salon who was so lovely and did a great job.

We got married at shearsby bath on Feb 3rd, we couldn’t recommend the place any more. We weren’t blessed with the weather but it really didn’t matter, there’s plenty of places to get amazing photos regardless of the weather. The food was outstanding and the service from all the staff was second to none. Highly recommend the large white Hollywood letters on the Hill, every single guest commented on them and they really added the wow factor. A big thanks to Alice and the rest of the team and we look forward to visiting the venue again!
We got married at Shearsby on 28th April. We’d viewed about 4 other venues before visiting Shearsby but we found that they were all either beautiful but extortionate or just didn’t quite have what we wanted. Shearsby really stood out because of the beautiful ceremony room and because it had lots of space to party! Alice was so helpful every step of the way, always responding to emails and making sure everything ran smoothly on the day. We got so many compliments from our guests about the food at our wedding, the sticky toffee pudding was incredible! We also used the recommended DJ, Steve, who was brilliant and the dance floor was full all night! Our day was everything we wanted and more and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shearsby to future bride and grooms to be!
My friend was one of the lucky winners to receive a 3 course Christmas meal for up to 10 people and I was one of her guests .. all I can say is "absolutely fantastic !".. the meal was beautiful and as a party or works do venue I would highly recommend it. Thank you Shearsby bath for your generosity! :)
I got married on the 19th August 2017 and it was the most perfect day. I cannot thank the team (especially Alice) at Shearsby Bath for making it so special. The staff were amazing and did everything we wanted in terms of how it looked. The communication and service offered from start to end has been spot on. The food was absolutely delicious and you catered for all needs, you made the day run so smoothly and looked after all of us. We got married at Shearsby bath last October 2016. The day itself and the months leading up to it where so well organised by all the staff at the venue. I had every question answered quickly and all my personal details and requirements where met. The day was beautiful, we were blessed by amazing sunny weather and so got full use of the venue and surrounding fields for our photos. All our guests loved the venue and we still get lots of compliments now about our wedding day. We can’t thank the venue and all the staff enough for helping us achieve our dream wedding! 💕

Had my daughters wedding here yesterday, staff were superb from the planning and accommodating of my daughters requests prior to the day, to their fantastic service on the day. Staff were welcoming and friendly throughout with a number of guests commenting on how fantastic the staff were.
The attention to detail put in was exemplary, a very big thank you to Alice and her team for helping to make my daughters day so truly memorable.

We attended our friends wedding here on Friday. Set in beautiful grounds, this venue is fantastic. A gorgeous ceremony room, stunning scenery and gardens and a fabulous marquee all made it a wonderful day. The staff were excellent, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Definately a 5* venue
We visited to try the Sunday lunch. Positives were beautiful location, lots of car parking, large portion sizes, great ambiance, fresh flowers, excellent staff always smiling couldn't do enough for you, cost is very fair for food, great menu selection, free dipping breads.
Negatives for us were uncomfortable chairs, food tasted very salty, wrong meat for main quickly corrected and free drink offered. Had to ask for Yorkshire puddings they forgot again quickly corrected.
Not quite 5 stars but not far off.
Don't think we would eat there again but they're not a public restaurant anyway....Sunday lunch was for a short time only then back to what they do best which is weddings
Fantastic venue for a family gathering even in the sad circumstances such as a funeral. One guest said it was the nest spread she'd ever experienced! Lovely food great staff, wonderful setting

Not only is the venue beautiful but the team at Shearsby helped us bring together our event taking away alot of the stress of planning your big day and I'm pleased to day the day went off without a hitch and so smoothly thanks to the Shearsby team and suppliers.
Our guests have been raving about the quality of the food served and the venue.
It was a wonderful experience all round for us and all of our guests.
Superb venue, tucked away in the countryside with great options for a small - large event.
We attended a large wedding and used most of the available spaces which are lovely and well maintained.
The team managing and running the venue were excellent, efficient and friendly.

We were married here on Saturday and we couldn't have asked for a better venue. Not only are the building and grounds absolutely beautiful, but the staff went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend booking your wedding here!
