When we get things right. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food. The outdoor beer garden is clean, comfortable, and warmed by outdoor heaters.

Excellent Sunday lunch - well cooked and plenty of it! Well kept pint of Landlord went down a treat.

We walked in on mother's Day having not booked at 2pm
Initially we were told that the restaurant was fully booked but the landlady said that she thought there had been a cancellation.
After a very short wait we were told that there was room for the four of us and once we were seated we were treated to a beautifully cooked Sunday lunch.
The choice included mini sunday lunches for those with a smaller appetite.
Having chosen the pork, beef and vegetarian options we were not disappointed.
The food was well cooked and tasty. The terndersweet broccoli was lovely and the roast potatoes tasted almost naughty!

Very simple Sunday lunch menu, no starters and just 3 puddings to choose from, but absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend.

A convenient Car Park outside front of Pub for approximately 12 Cars. There are Toilets inside. Very interesting building inside. There is a covered area at the back of the Pub space for say 30 people.
Always a warm welcome, friendly staff, great garden with lots of outdoor seating, added bonus of superb food, highly recommended 😀
Not the cheapest of pubs. Didn't like how the owner took my friend's bank card to the machine and out of her sight. But lovely place with a great garden. Xx
