Tried the vegan roll it’s okay but a little bit too dry. Can’t beat their cheese and onion pastry.
Great coffee in there, but specially in the mornings can be quite a queue. Otherwise is great place, where you can sit down and drink your coffee.
Ordered 6 bakes on justeat and a lad from the store called to let me know that they didn’t have the ones I had wanted and asked which replacements he should send, A seemingly small thing but very appreciated especially when you consider how little the average fast food worker cares about the customers, Top man top marks 👍🏽
A reasonable roll everywhere is expensive know

I went into Greggs Unit 51 The Mall today. It was my first time in there and I was impressed and pleased
Why? I went in for Cornish Pasties - because the other Greggs in the Mall (another good store) - never seemed to have any and they recommended this store. So I went in today - highly expectant- only to be told they did not have it at all today. I was disappointed and was about to pay for a baguette when the lovely Supervisor - Donna apologised for the store not having what I wanted and asked me not tl pay for the baguette. I was so touched and moved and grateful to her for her pleasant manner, excellent Customer Care and empathy. I hope Donna is appreciated by the Company for her excellent Service.
Great service as all ways and great hospitality from servers. Food is quick and hot with a consistent standard.
Love Gregg's friendly faces and good service ... one thing I prefer the sub chicken roll not baguette 👍👍

Keen prices, particularly after 4pm. Even when busy the wait is not too long. Reasonable food.
