Was travelling via luton on Monday and encountered the lovely Ilham, so professional, happy with an infectious smile and so courteous to everyone she dealt with. The surrounding stores she look to her as an example of amazing customer service. She was a breath of fresh air when staff in other stores
Nice place to have breakfast….. the doughnuts quality are nice and they have a good variety. The place Is not that spacious but you can find some tables. The coffee is not great quality. Prices are ok. Service was nice.
Got a donut and a cup of tea, must of been a deal as was 3.95, was happy with that was expecting it to be more, staff friendly, service good, very happy

Mmmmm krispy kreme doughnuts. A great pre departure treat with a coffee. Lots of varieties of doughnut to choose from. Go on, you know you want to. Treat yourself. You won't regret it. I would have given 5 stars but the service was a bit slow.
My dad travelled from here today and he always comes to grab a coffee from Krispy Kreme before his flight. He always mentioned how well looked after he gets and how he has a laugh.
