Went in for the first time today with my sister and had a fantastic experience. Aliza and Ravinder showed excellent service from start to end and I was very pleased with my overall encounter. Will be visiting again for sure!
My son loves cheesecake, he was so surprised when he came to Luton and found Creams. We couldn’t decide what flavor, white chocolate, strawberry or simple vanilla cheesecake. I preferred the chocolate fudge. There are many different flavors of ice cream, bubblegum and coconut. The theme inside is mostly purple, because of that it’s a little bit darker. If you sit by the window it’s brighter. Staff were friendly and polite.
I love the desserts I item. Such a cosy place. Anyone can get some quality time with families and friends. The foods are very good and the taste is superb.
Great place to go for an amazing dessert or ice-cream. My son has a Dairy allergy and he had his first plant based waffle, mango sorbet, sliced strawberries and bubble gum sauce at the age of 11, one very happy boy ! We will most definitely be back as it was super tasty.
Lovely desserts, I had pancakes with white chocolate drizzle and snickers and strawberries, and chicken waffle. There wasn't any chicken in chicken waffles except for 3 4 small pieces.
I have been a couple of times, the staff is super friendly and orders are made to perfection.

delicious food and very welcoming staff. the store offers a lively environment and the songs played are always of a good choice. I had a great time celebrating my birthday there and will definitely come back again! 10/10 experience !!!
We ordered create your own cookie dough waffle today and it turned out so delicious. It was the best waffle I had in a long time. Chose coffee arabica, and choco fudge icecream with toffee sauce and fudge cubes. Pure heaven.
4 stars because the order took long and waffle wasn't piping hot.

Creams if you love cake,waffles,crepes,ice-cream this is the place for the sweet toothed.All food nice and a you get a decent amount for what you pay.
The food was lovely, as was the woman that served us who was very attentive and incredibly helpful! However, the building was very humid, which made it uncomfortable.
