Nice place for a coffee with friends. Lovely selection of travel mugs and variety of beverages. Sandwiches, refreshments and sweet treats. Nice seating areas. Track and trace scanning codes at the tables, hand sanitisers at the entrance and different entrance and exits.

Came in for a mocha and ended up chatting to a member of staff about the Costa app and rewards. Here name was Emma and was very charming and lovely to chat to. Also the other member of staff (I didn't get her name) was also lovely and very efficient. All in all lovely duo, 10/10 would coffee again.
My favourite coffee shop in the mall next to tesco store. Indoor and outdoor seats, fast service
Surprised how nice friendly the staff were considering one of there coffee machines was broken and the queue was fairly long but dealt with in 5 minutes with a very lovely smile.
Good friendly service. Tables cleaned regularly, great coffee and cakes. Nice clean toilets too, but you will need a code to use them.
I left my wallet behind at Luton Mall Costa. It was handed in for me to collect. Some excellent customers here!
Good customer service, very clean inside but toilets must be clean very well.
Their coffee and cappuccino are very nice.

Come here sometimes with friends as its conveniently located for us all to meet. Nice coffee and staff but could be cleaner and we often have to clear the tables ourselves. Perhaps more staff members would help as its very busy so they may not have a lot of time to clear tables.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Young lady serving was kind enough to talk me through some of the drinks I didn’t know and I ended up with a new favourite :) the gentleman making the drinks was also very pleasant.
