I live in Devon, but visit Luton often as my family is here!! Best Chinese!!!! Best fish and chips!!!! The fish is incredible!! The portion sizes are extremely generous. The chips themselves taste great!!! Good quality potatoes. The beef curry is my go-to if I don't have fish and chips
Nice people good quick service affordable prices highly recommended and will now be returning here on a regular basis! Btw they do the best fish & chip curry sauce in Luton... it's tasty and thick. I can't stand the thin watery substance you get at other fish & chip shops!
The fresh chips were nicely done, only thing I didn't like was they mixed some older chips in with them and they were soggy,limp and brown,apart from that the fresh chips were good.
The owners are the nicest people! The food tastes so nice and is super fresh! 100% recommend

I have been a regular customer for over 20 years...I have tried every establishment of this kind in and Leagrave. Limbury and other areas..Even as far as Dunstable...and nowhere else have I had the service or quality of food provided by Happy Friend...long may it continue!!
