Fresh cooked, tasty food. Service is a little slow but its all fresh so I'm happy to wait! There isn't really an atmosphere but is that what you want from a takeaway chip shop?
Food is always good but don't forget anything
Because the young lady on the phones is less then helpful. We accidentally forget to order a can of coke and offered to pay the driver which she said wasn't possible and instead asked to just add it on next order as we had order a few times before and knew we would after but that wasn't good enough she said we'd have to cancel our order and redo it which we couldn't for some reason. Really would of just made more business sense just to add the drink rather then give such bad service.
Lovely fish n chips and kebabs. Decent prices and great service. Much better quality with the new management compared to a few years ago. We get our fish or kebab once a week. Haven't tried anything else yet as these are really good.
We booked fish and chips for our Messy Church team meeting at Stopsley Baptist Church last night. Great service from deciding on the order to booking it by phone, to delivering it to church still hot and all labelled up. So easy to deal with and the food was delicious. Thank you!
Some of the BEST CHIPS I have ever had! Quick serving times and reasonable prices 🤠would advise everyone to try their Cheeseburger! 😋
I ordered via Just Eat who did not deliver , I called West Way direct and explained my food had not arrived, they apologised and said my food would be with me straight away. True to their word food delivered immediately direct from themselves, thank you west way excellent service and the food as always gets 5 stars. Next time I won’t be lazy and collect. I won’t be using Just Eat again, very poor service.

Really lovely food. We all like something different so brilliant that they have lots of options. Gluten free available. Great safety measures. Order and collect available too.
Just had cod and chips.Much cleaner than previous ownership. Food was nice and hot.Batter a bit on the thick side.
But overall a good first experience under new owner ship.
