Lovely place to have joy with friends, extremely admire the hospitality of staff😇 particularly that little cute girl name Mann she was really quick also plates and glasses are mirror clean. Will definitely recommend this place 🫶🏻💯💯 I specially in love with rose pistachio milk cake 🍰.
Everything spot on, great decor, service & felt very welcoming from 2 young ladies Aleesa & Fabiea.
Very impressed with the quality of my dessert, good portions & seems to be a decent variety on the menu, all at great prices. I will Be back definitely be back to try some more.

Ismaeal was very friendly served us straight away and took our order promptly. The food was made well and they took into consideration gluten free allergy. Will be back again. Love the brookie.

The desserts are always delicious and the service is good too.
There’s plenty of seating and the atmosphere is very family friendly and my kids love it.
Also like the fact that they keep up to date with the latest dessert hypes and add them to the menu which is a bonus.

I am a regular customer of this place. I come here every single day to have my favourite fruittalicious milkshake. Its my favourite. I would recommend this place to everyone. The service provided is good, and there is very less waiting time. I would like to mention a staff named Febia, she is really smart and friendly.
Visited here for my daughters birthday. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Gave us a free fudge cake on the house as I wanted a candle but it would fall off on the waffle, so they put it on the fudge cake instead. Would highly recommend.
Amazing experience in Treatz. The Rafaello Sundae was delicious! The waffle was super soft and fresh. I will definitely be visiting again and recommend to others. I believe the manager name is Ali, he was very friendly and professional. Brilliant customer service. Best dessert place in Luton for sure.
MashaAllah me and my son were served by Aleesa. Almost immediately we were warmly greeted and seated. Really enjoyed the food served and had a great time. We were looked after all the time and would recommend.

Some of the cutlery was not clean but the manager addressed the issue straight away even before we had said anything. They were very keen to make us happy and comfortable and make up for the mistake.
Unfortuantely the toilets were not clean & so that was rather unpleasant and can definitely be improved.
Very welcoming, nice seating areas, lots of choice and desserts were beautifully presented. Samin was a sweet lad, looked after us all and provided excellent customer service. So a big thumbs up from me and thank you!!
Came for a visit with me family, absolutely lived up to the expectations, interior is beautiful, the options you have is unreal.
Exceptional service from Hanif, approached us with a smile, catered all of our needs, we ordered 4 big desserts, he made no mistakes with presentation & taste, delivered all less than 10 minutes on his own, unbelievable.

I recently visited the new dessert shop in my town and I could not be more impressed. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was incredibly friendly. They had a wide variety of options for desserts such as cakes, cupcakes, cookies, ice cream, and other delicious treats. The presentation of all the desserts was great and everything tasted even better. I had a strawberry cupcake which was moist and fluffy, and it was topped with a delicious cream cheese frosting. They also had a great selection of beverages to go along with your dessert. I opted for a hot chocolate and it paired perfectly with my cupcake. I would definitely recommend this dessert shop to anyone looking for a great way to end their day.
Such friendly staff and great quality products! I tried the lotus milk cake and it’s the best I’ve had I’ve tried milk cakes in other places and this was out of this world! Will definitely be back to try their waffles!

The manager Nahid was very welcoming and catered to our every need. My daughter is disabled and he ensured that everything was in order for her.
Nice place on George Street. opens till late. Parking is a bit of an issue but there are various bays scattered around. Really friendly staff. Ali was amazing and looked after us. Decent decor nice and clean. There is an even bigger space down stairs which was really nicely refurbished. unfortunately it's quite a tight steep(ish) staircase. but if you can look past that it's a nice environment for a yummy desert. Lots of options. We had a lotus cookie dough with Icecream and it was as good as it sounds :). Over all a great experience and would reccomend.
