Bought a cake for my sons birthday & had a accident with it on the way home the wife was devastated, took it back to the shop & the lovely lady made it look like brand new again, it went from a 10 inch to a 8 inch & she even packed the broken bits separate for us to enjoy, just want to say a big thank you to the lady for going above & beyond saving my sons birthday & my marriage 😀
Cake box delivered on there promise and made a extra large cake for the end of production of the film Ganapath 1 in Luton. The branch it self is decked out with lots of cakes to view. The surrounding area is full of traffic and cleanliness is not something Luton know. Parking available on the high road.
Good lord, talk about indulgence. Great idea, they sell portions of the cakes they sell.

I was serviced by a wonderful woman called Natasha. She was very helpful from start to finish with my order. Natasha has excellent customer service skills when managing the front of the shop as she was the only one working at the from during that day. She kept calm under pressure as the store was really busy that day. She had a smile on her face at all times even under stress and pressure from customers asking for their orders. She was amazing!!!
