Haven’t been here for 5 years decided to come and have a meal. The food was divine. The gammon was not salty and my egg was cooked to perfection would I eat here again you bet I’ve booked a table for Sunday. The staff were courteous and polite and very friendly making it enjoyable so thank you.
Quick munch before we started work! Great service as per usual. The two floor staff Claire and Kyle were very attentive and really nice. I believe the on shift manager for Sarah? She was lovely aswell. Service with a smile! 😊
Turned up hoping to be seated, 9 people in total. We received amazing service from a young waitress called Kaylee I believe, made sure we had all we needed and was very attentive. Made our experience a very positive one and we’ll definitely be back!
Great place to eat for family. Staff very friendly. Drinks and food cheapest in town. Just had my father's wake here and they did food off the menu
Unfortunately didn’t have the main meal my partner wanted (the reason we came) but staff were apologetic. Customer service from a young man called Lewis was fantastic, made sure we were happy and saw him dealing with issues on another table, swiftly and professionally
My waitress, Connie, was excellent and insured I felt welcome the whole time. My steak came out a bit hard but she ensured I didn’t need anything else. Great service from her!
Always a pleasure at the biscot mill. The food is always, hot, tasty and on time. The staff are accommodating, friendly and hardworking and the atmosphere is always 10/10. Love the dj on the weekend and the drinks are cheap and lots of deals. Would defo recommend coming here for a family meal or a good night out on the weekend 😋
We are regulars here and for good reason, and the visit tonight was no exception. The staff are so professional yet friendly and down to earth which makes it such a. Comfortable experience. Tonight no issues at all, but the staff on top form, so you have no worries should there be a concern, that it will not get resolved efficiently and in the exact manner in which you would expect. Always great value for money here, but the food quality seems to improve every time and the fact the menu is regularly freshened up means there is constantly new exciting food choices to experience as well as the classics. If i were to give an overall rating for ambience, staff, food and value. You just cannot go wrong in Luton. Keep it up Jon and team 👍.
Had a lovely time at the biscot mill on Sunday the staff are very friendly and I had a laugh with the boss Stacey and Sarah they made me feel very welcome the food was brilliant and my stake sizzler was cooked perfectly so thank you to the tall big chef will definitely come back with family and friends

When I initially visited it was not as good as it used to be, the food was ok just not great, however still had big portions and were cheap.
Stopped here for a beer in the sunshine not long after Lockdown and service great plus had a decent range of standard drinks.
Revamped the menu now and to be fair they've certainly improved it massively.
Pop in here now from time to time and always get decent service.
Recommend using the app to order food as the bar staff are often quite busy.
Plus opened an outside TV area but too cold at the moment.
