I enjoyed a truly spectacular cucumber salad here. It doesn't sound all that appetising does it, but it was amazing. I'd happily have it again. The coffee is good too.
My family and I were seated in our own private room to allow for us to have some space and for our dog to be comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent visit and were really kind and attentive. I ordered the soup which was really tasty and there was a great selection
This is a really lovely place to eat and drink. Very tasty food and beautiful views of Ludlow Castle from the indoors and outdoors seating areas. Good choices on the menu, plus very good on vegan/vegetarian options for those with allergen requirements.

The soup of the day is absolutely delightable! The soup is very buttery and smooth. The fish cake is also delicious! We also ordered kids pasta, freshly hand made!
It's a nice place. Beautiful setting next to the castle. Interesting and inviting menu, well cooked with fresh ingredients. Relaxed but friendly service. Recommended.
We only had tea and cake here, but the breakfasts looked amazing. On a return visit we would love to sample those. My husband uses a mobility scooter, and he could access the rooms with ease. Do try the apricot flapjack - it was very tasty
The kind lady placed us in a room next to the window, as wasps were enjoying the outside seating at 3:30pm. The spiced apple cake was delicious & the Swiss roll eaten with a smile! Beautiful place, the old stove, 2nd room had a beautiful wood mantlepiece.
