Had a good drink..or 2. Very reasonably priced 👍
Friendly staff.
Shame they don't cater for lunch snacks. If they just made up a few cobs each day, that would suffice and when they've gone, they've gone! We tried several pubs and they were all £10/12/14 and above for a sandwich!! No way will we p
New Year's Eve, first visit to Ludlow and of course The Bull Hotel. Can most definitely recommend them both. The town is full of friendly pubs with great ale and food, other eateries are available.
The staff at The Bull were very welcoming, the room was clean, lovely and warm with a comfy bed. Bre
Just returned from a long weekend at The Bull and had a fabulous time. Comfortable, well equipped room in a wonderful building, topped off with the best breakfast I've ever had!
You do need to be aware that you are staying above a busy pub but that wasn't a problem to us. Will return soon.
Nice pic, real good, friendly staff. Got good traditional pub features like jukebox, pool table, sports on TV. Good selection of beers, wines & spirits. Nice heated outdoor area. A good pub, well worth a vist
Central location in town so easy to get everywhere. Rooms were warm and clean, recently refurbished with smart modern decor. Superb breakfast cooked to order. Quiet pub, but it was Wednesday afternoon.Rob the owner and his team were friendly, approachable and provided a really good service for our 2
Absolutely fantastic pub loads of history. Staff fantastic, landlord brilliant. Rooms were clean, pub is more working man's pub. Breakfast fry up was undisputedly tasty just check serving times.
Highly recommended 👌
Pub is a boozer but the rooms are separate from it and lovely. Rob the host is great and couldn't do enough for us, breakfast was freshly cooked to order. Our room was very nicely decorated and warm and cosy. It is well situated in the centre of Ludlow. We would stay here again.
Nice area to sit outside in the sun and have a drink.
Brilliant pub. Excellent staff. Xx
Had a lovely stay, only one night unfortunately. Rob and his staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, breakfast was gorgeous.. Didn't eat again til evening. Would definitely stay again. Very motorbike friendly.
Stayed for one night as part of a little tour of the area
Warm welcome on arrival, gorgeous, quaint place bursting with character and history
A great courtyard area to enjoy a pint or two from the lovely bar
The room was fine. Wonky floors added to the charm! The bathroom was adequate but in need
No food served so were happy for you to bring in food . Newly decorated and new furniture. Cheap drinks
The age & history of the property really appealed to me. Location was also excellent - easy walkable from the train station & within easy walking distance of Ludlow Castle & other historic sites. I knew from their website that the rooms are above the pub - which was open till midnight each of the 2
Amazing value for money for bed & breakfast. The landlord and lovely housekeeper made us feel very welcome. Our room was large and comfortable and breakfast was spot on. The breakfast room was light and airy with a great view of the ancient building opposite. We will definitely try and book in again
