Very good meal tonight. Young chef who was working put a lot of care and attention into our food and presentation. Serving staff were very friendly and attentive. Well done Ludlow management they are a credit to you!
Loved every bit of my meal. Original crust pizza was perfect size, tomato buffalo mozzarella salad was delicious, and the honey something cake was to die for
Good food but an hour's wait to get it. We were out with our family on Thursday evening - GCSE results celebration. Our table was booked for 7pm but by 7.45 there was still no sign of our meals. The children claimed to be "starving" and were becoming restless. We had to play I-Spy and card games to distract them. Then the waitress came to say that they had run out of chicken and could the three of us who were having chicken as part of our meal choose an alternative. So another delay before we were finally able to eat. However everyone enjoyed their meal and we can only assume that the rest of the restaurant that we couldn't see from our table was very busy.
Arrived wet and hungry after a long day's cycle touring and made to feel welcome, even with all our large panniers. Food was served quickly and was to Pizza Express's usual high standards. The environment was nice enough, but lacked the character of some of their other restaurants.
Normal good pizza express quality and portions, with what I felt was better than average service. Gave my daughter lots of free things to do and the usual open kitchen was a main attraction too. Good private outdoor table section too, just a bit chilly for us to try out in Feb.
Lovely food, service was a little slow due to the volume of people ordering at once but all staff had smiles and were as attentive as they could possibly be. Felt like we caught a bad moment as it was so busy over that hour or so. Would definitely visit again.
Food quality is outstanding. Ate here on varying occasions and each time recieved consistent service to the highest standards. Food is all freshly prepared to ensure the best taste and that is definitely the case. Will certainly be eating here again in the near future.
Nice and quiet, lovely vegan pizza. Our waitress Lauren was helpful without being overbearing. Lovely sorbet for pudding and the chocolate stick that came with it was vegan too, great stuff! Christiaan :-) :-)
Slow service, but we seemed to hit at peak time. We had booked in advance, so this was a little disappointing. Food was excellent as always, great ambiance and good quality on all we ate.
Great staff, great pizzas (I had a 600 cal pizza because it sounded delicious and it certainly was!) They also have no alcohol beer for those of us on medications that you cannot consume alcohol with. I certainly recommend
Great pizza for the price, good coffee and friendly staff. Really enjoyed the meal. Will be going there again.
Nice ambiance, looking out on vibrant market in castle square. Food is pretty good, the little desert cheesecake is pretty cool too.
Do try the Baileys coffee.
Lovely yummy food, nice atmosphere. Great place for all. Nice outdoor eating area too. Good choice for families.
Great location. This restaurant has a fantastic large upstairs room, which we booked for a family party. Great food and helpful staff made it a memorable occasion.
