Have had fish, chips and battered sausages on 3 separate occasions recently and all 3 times have been incredible. The size of the fish has been huge and its all been cooked really good. Highly recommend
For the price of £20 I fed 4 children and 2 adults!! The fish was huge and the chips were fantastic. 100% would buy take out again. There was a good 10 min wait however this is because my food was cooked to order rather than sat under heat lights. Fantastic food and service!
Tried first time tonight. Had to wait a while for fish and chips to be cooked, but it was so worth it. Cod was fab with crispy batter and a small portion of chips was definitely not small. Delicious and freshly cooked. £14 for 2 portions so good value
Best fish and chips I've had in a long time, never been before as i don't live locally but definitely make a detour next time.
Went for fish and chips, good atmosphere nice staff, the fish and chips in my opinion not very good. A bit oily and I didn't like much the coating of the fish. Goo portion, and as I said only my opinion probably for other people the coating of the fish is ok.
Brilliant chippy. Staff were amazing as a family member had nut allergy and went out their way to ensure everything was checked and cooked separately. Offered free drinks whilst waiting while things were cooking. Will definitely be returning.
Really friendly staff always help cook and present great food here. This place is a diamond in the rough.
*Changed to 5 stars as we had a better experience this evening after getting our meal for free. Owner is lovely and reasonable in feedback. Fish was lovely and crispy. Chips were delicious.
Ordered food it took a while to come, the wrong order was delivered. Rang up they sent my order out. Get it told everything is there but it was missing a meal and curry sauce. Rang back was told theyd send it out or do a voucher. As the food was already not that warm I declined the missing stuff being sent out and just shared. Chips were kinda cold so couldnt finish them. Fish was a bit Warmer and it tasted alright. However the cod and chips meal was decent portion
Give 3 stars as the lady who answered the phone was lovely and apologetic but I have been put off ordering again even with the voucher, due to wrong order twice and cold chips.
Always greeted with a happy smile 😀. plus if you order over the phone it's cooked and ready for you to pick up

The food is good the staff are friendly and the price is good too.
