We opted for drive through and got the gravy bucket special. Staff are friendly and instead of a window where you collect they bring it out to you. Which was a new experience, which I think adds a little special care to their service.

Best KFC by far, service second to none. Server Shakira very polite and helpful. Did not want seasoned fries, so went out of her way to ensure fresh fried cooked And apologized for the short delay Should be recognised by management

Great response from the staff members even though I had to be there minutes after they opened. Food was prepared really quick and very delicious. Recommend to pay a visit when you visit Lowestoft :)

Good food, great service, parked free in the carpark for under 1 hour.

Visited here for a quick lunch on a weekend away. I've never been to such a clean kfc! The food was fresh, hot and tasty. The toilet areas were so clean and fresh smelling. Probably the cleanest public toilets I've ever seen! The baby changing area was the same too.

Honestly, cant deny that this is my favourite fast food restaurant. Amazing chicken served with skin on fries and the baked beans are very delicious, perfect dip for the chips! Burgers are recommended, especially the zigger burger or the big daddy burger! Overall, where i go proberly too much!

Would just like to say thanks to the staff who gave us a free chips and small beans after they made one little mistake, great service and food as always. Perfect well done KFC

I was amazed at how cold the chips got by the time I got him (15 mins) but they were from actual potatoes! For once they had all the sides in I wanted and the wrap was tasty. He didn't complain about the burger so I assume it was OK 😂

The food is great but the service is slow, even when its not busy you can wait for up to 15 minutes if it's busy you're waiting up to and beyond an hour sometimes

Tried the wrap of the day w a side of fries & dip. Chicken was cooked well, soft meat and crunchy coating. Good food and value would highly recommend.

For a KFC, this is a surprising treat. Whilst the food is exactly what you'd expect from KFC, complete with guesswork as to whether or not the Krushems are available that day, I've found myself impressed each time by the friendliness of the staff, no matter how rushed off their feet they are.

This place has improved greatly from a few years ago. Staff seem mkre knowledgable and more motivated than it has been in past. Much cleaner.
