Good selection on menu. Service is fairly good and although I feel that the seating may be improved for wheelchair users it's manageable. Found the meals to be reasonable but possibly a bit expensive. The burgers tend to be thrown together on occasions which makes eating them cleanly very difficult. In all its a okay place to eat out with the kids.
Theres not much to say really, it's a fast food restaurant I tend to only go in for a coffee. As coffees go I've had worse, but then on the other hand I've also had a lot better. The staff are always friendly and polite and it's always clean and tidy. They also live upto the name of fast food unlike other competitors in our town (who mainly deal in chicken) (mentioning no names) they are fairly fast.
Come here most mornings for breakfast. the food is delicious and the staff are lovely. the normal menu is okay but I definitely prefer getting a double sausage and egg mcmuffin even if it means getting up a bit early
Head waiter was very informed about the wine list which was sadly reduced due to virus. He reccomended a quite excellent champagne instead. Superb dining experience.
(Updated): Sadly does not use mobile app or the ordering screens. Service on first visiting here late in the evening was not a great experience but the latest visit was a really good one for service. Food was hot and brought over to the table despite it being busy.
Always packed so usually have a bit of a wait to be served. Food is normally good and kids love McDonald's. Usually have different menu options. In town so great for a meal when shopping.
It's a decent enough McDonald's. Most of the time they get my order right. The odd food item missing, but staff friendly and helpful, if any issues have arisen. #Gman

What lets it down is the group of teenagers outside swearing spiiting and hogging tables. I think macdonalds could do more to solve this issue. I am not the only one to bring up this issue. DO U READ THESE MANAGER( lowestoft high street). They often have the police attending but nothing changes...

This outlet gets a 4 star mainly due to the friendly service & hygiene staff as well as their ability to shift a Queue , so when you are tired and hungry and see that dreaded Queue ahead of you, don't fret! It's going down fast!
Clean tidy restaurant with pleasant staff. Can get busy really quickly, not helped by the lack of self service machines. One of the better McDonalds.
Quick, tidy store with no self-service machine (yet) so you have to queue. Place gets quite busy at lunchtime weekdays but the service is (as usual) quick and professional.
